Prof. Kressy was very helpful during my HA lab. There was so much information to go over that it was very stressful but she was very supportive and willing to listen to my concerns and try to help you in any way.I think you learn a great deal, but whoever your partner is during the class, makes a great difference.

Jean Kressy may be a hard teacher and may seem rude at times but you will honestly learn so much from her. You'll probably hate her when you have her but it is only because she pushes you to know everything you should. I highly recommend her. Show up on time and know your stuff and you'll be just fine!

When I first started this class, I hate her but by the end of the semester I liked and respected her. She is really tough but she really cares about you. Her class isn't a walk in the park but you learn a lot.

Requires professional dress and behavior. Doesn't hesitate to speak to students publicly & repeatedly if you do not meet the standard. Come to lab serious, ready to learn, and she will do whatever she can to help you learn the techniques and pass the lab. She gets an A in my book for asking all students to evaluate themselves AND her lab.

If you want to be an extremely good nurse you want her as a HA lab teacher. Very helpful and knows what she is talking about.Old yes, but definetly knows her stuff. Teaches you in detail on what your going to do in the hospital. Highly recommended.

Though she is tough, and def. old school, if you present a respectful attitude toward her and get on her good side, she will really be your best ally, I actually really enjoyed her class despite everything I heard about her from everyone.

This woman has no clue whats going on. she isnt very helpful. more demanding than anything. She also is very harsh. She makes non-appropriate comments and tries to make up to you for them. needs to see that nursing has changed since 1960's. Do not take if you can help it.
