LOVED this teacher. I would definitely take a class from her again. Lectures are sometimes boring, but it has all the information needed for the test. Outside time in the lab is needed in order to do well on the exams. She gives really good feedback on test answers and does partial credit for answers also. She loves the material and made class fun!

Comment:

I took Primatology with Rehg. She was energetic about her material, and used a ton of multimedia - you'll get to look at and watch videos of everything you're studying. While attendance wasn't mandatory - if I didn't attend, I missed large chunks of information that hurt me on testing. Overall, neat class - great teacher.

Dr. Rehg loves to teach this subject and is very helpful if you need clarification. However, the study guides will not really help for the exam and you have a quiz every Friday morning. They are fairly easy but you don't want to skip. This is not a blow off class.

1 Easy quiz a week from a short reading. (1-3 page reading)She teaches by powerpoint which is not terribly boring but it does get a little dull. Tests are a little tough but take GOOD notes and fill out her study guides. Jen is extremely nice and helpful. She knows her stuff and would do anything for her students. I recommend her.

Extremely smart professor! Really knows her stuff and is very helpful in and out of class. She'll give you study guides and outlines for class. Know your material for the tests because she expects you to know what she taught you. Tests are very reasonable though. Highly recommend taking her!

She is a very good professor. She is very passionate about what she teaches and she knows what she's talking about. She gets to know everyone in the class & she cares about our grades. I wasn't interested in anthropology before this class & not I love it. She is just a great teacher.
