Super nice and loves helping students. Class is 3 exams, 3 papers, no final. Very manageable. Papers get lots of feedback and time for revision - and exams she tells you all the questions beforehand. You'll have to participate and she's big on group learning. Take this class for a bio ecology class and the W code.

Dr. Reynolds is very invested in the success of her students. This class is great if you're writing a thesis because it helps you keep up with the deadlines and you learn a lot about scientific writing in general.

Overall, this class was pretty disorganized but the papers were interesting and relevant to ecology and human health. Reynolds is super sweet and willing to help; grading is rather arbitrary and partially dependent on which grader you had imo. Not very difficult and quizzes/exams are all written and open-note.

Thought she did a great job teaching the class. Lotta rewriting of essays (which can be a good thing, since we only really wrote 3 papers). She graded tough at first, but by the end of the class most people did really well. Definitely Recommended.
