This class is a matter of a mid term and a final. Worst professor in the universe. Talks about his alcoholic problems and his Thursday nights watching the St. johns Games. No review for midterm and final. Doesnt teach not one thing. Very arrogant. The only good thing about this guy is you work hard your guaranteed a C! Dont expect higher

Prof. Wynne is one of the man. There are 3 tests and if you take notes plus practice the problems it is an easy A. He brings relevant information into the course to keep students interested and often engages with students about the course material. I will use some of his lessons in my internship this Summer.

Honestly, I don't see what you guys are talking about. Professor Wynne is the man. There is only 3 tests and if you go to class take notes and practice the problems you will do fine. He talks the real world and thats what it should be. He gave me a lot of knowledge and I will take I'm again for Finance 320.

AT ALL COSTS AVOID! AVOID! Guy's a genius, but can NOT teach. Expects you know every topic. Makes fun of students. It was weird, he was 0bsessed with this one student and harassed him. He lights up brighter than Rudolf's nose. A slow minded donkey can get the message across clearer than this rodeo clown. DO NOT BUY TEXTBOOK

I understand why people complain, but he is tough only if you don't listen to his lectures. Come to class, take notes, and review them. His classes are more mathquantitative oriented, so a basic statistics foundation and calculus will make this class a breeze. But if you don't have that, it's not hard if you pay attention and make good notes.

He barely talks about anything to do with Finance the entire time. Goes on about how he is a GREAT teacher but gets mad when the class doesn't know anything because he DOESN'T TEACH YOU ANYTHING. I always get a kick from people who complain. The guy is brilliant, I have been trading securities, and listening to markets for about 5 years. The guy is spot on when he talks about the "real world." If you want to learn something take his class. The models relate to the real world, and if you listen to what he says. You will do great.

THERE IS NO WAY YOU ARE GETTING A GOOD GRADE IN THIS CLASS NO MATTER HOW HARD YOU TRY! Gives exams not based on what he taught, or on his slides. Doesnt use the book at all! He teaches such important classes, and makes it near impossible to get a decent grade. Stay away from this guy.

Very incompetant and unworthy of attaining tenor status at Pace. I took him for Fall/2008 and had immense regret. Very unqualified an unfamiliar with the subject matter. He essentially BS's his way through the course. No wonder why Pace's school ratings aren't among the elite.

Very vague, unclear. He knows his stuff but expects you to be on his level. Tests are horrible, highest grade in all 3 of his classes was 72, he doesnt utilize the $200 textbook, he makes fun of students who ask questions about content they dont know and lowers your grade for answering a question incorrectly. DO NOT TAKE A CLASS WITH WYNNE!!!
