Mr. Kitchen is an amazing professor. He genuinely cares for his students and will help you out if you need it. The stuff he teaches are things you really need to know in the business world. I wish this wasn't his last semester but very glad I had him!

Mr. Kitchen is a good teacher. You need to attend his class to pass - but he does give extra credit. Lots of random assignments you know before hand, so go to class. Tests are based off notes, and "What Mr. Kitchen Says." All in all, just go to class and you'll be fine!

Mr. Kitchen is one of the best teachers. Make sure you show up for class, attendance and participation is important. Listen to his lectures, his quizzes are mostly based off what he has to say. He drops the lowest quiz grade at the end. I highly recommend, he's very fair.

He is just wonderful! Very inspiring, and generous with extra credit. In all honesty what kills you is if you miss attendance! Be cautious with taking notes because he does seem to get excited and jump around, but you just need to work for it!

Mr. Kitchen is the best. He knows his stuff and make learning interesting. He gives a lot of in-class extra credit and will drop the lowest quiz grade. Take good notes and it helps to read the chapters before class. All quizzes are multiple choice but study or you might miss out on a good grade.

Great professor. Gives an outline of just words that you should know that will be on the test 2days before it. Must go to class to receive an A b/c he randomly does 10 days thru the semester that he grades if you come or not and that is 20% of your grade. Some quiz questions are just off of him ex: Mr Kitchen's definition of a ... is? Need book.

Very enthusiastic about teaching business. A little hard in hearing so asking a question means repeating yourself a couple times until he understands. Overall great teacher. Make sure you show up to class always because the tests are based mostly on what is said during class

Comment:

Great teacher. Very helpful. I took this course online and was more than able to comprehend. Textbook use is mandatory (o and btw he wrote the book he uses for his course so this guy knows his stuff). Must check blackboard regularly to be successful. Discussion boards are a must and they help a lot. Would definitely recommend.

Overall nice guy but not the best teacher. Tests are based on his lectures which can be very scattered, and his hard of hearing makes it difficult to ask questions. Plus if you don't read the chapter the night before it's very easy to get lost. Takes attendance everyday but not till after class is over. He knows his stuff but is really unorganized.

A++ professor. More than willing to help you understand the material and easy to communicate with. Overall very beneficial class everyone should take! Just keep up with the assignments and study the textbook for the exam and you will make an A.

I don't know why this is called intro to business. The only thing this class should be called is China 101. Mr. Kitchen has no intent on teaching, or even talking about American Business and only tests you on his opinions.

Not the best teacher but pretty decent. He gives out extra credit and such but you must know those quiz questions, even the ones that he never mentioned. He won't post grades and I'm pretty sure he did not grade any assignments we submitted.

Mr. Kitchen is a great professor. If you go to class and pay attention you will get an A. He adds at least 5 points to every test, and gives extra credit on top of that. All tests are multiple choice and there is no other work for the class. Take this class for an easy but great class.

"Intro to Business" is the wrong name for the class. It is actually called "Intro to Kitchen's Business." I've learned more about his lavish trips and business experiences than actual business. The worst part, he quizzes you on those. Nice guy, but believes the world revolves around his business

Mr. kitchen is amazing. He is very clear about the assignments and if you complete all the work, you will pass the class easily. He has great respond time. He also has an open mind so be very creative on the assignments. He wrote his own book, it is required to pass this course. I would highlyrecommend!

Who could you learn better business strategies than from a former CEO. He communicates the information in a way one can utilize the information being taught. I would say good luck but itâ??s not need when you take this professor.
