Sweet person but I didn't enjoy the class. The content was so boring. Tried to survive after taking each test. They're pretty hard. Offers good feedback but the connection with the content just wasn't there. If you miss class you have to ask a classmate for their notes. Didn't like the group work. Class very ehh. Took class in Fall 2019.

Took the class during the coronavirus pandemic. The class is horrendous, and Professor Forzano is unhelpful. The lectures are long, boring and make 0 sense. She tells everyone to read the textbook, and basically expected students to teach themselves after class moved online. The work is long and hard and I learned nothing. Tests are impossible.

Very intelligent and likeable, but class harder than it needs to be. Tests much harder than necessary. Studied very hard, still baffled by her questions. Over over over study if u want a good grade; be very familiar with concepts as well as equations. Study everything: tests cover things not mentioned in class. PPoints not on Blackboard,

This is the worst class I've taken in college so far. Her lectures are so confusing, she is boring, and I feel like I learning absolutely nothing of value. She grades you on four really hard tests and it's completely unfair. If you can help it don't take a class with her! She's not a bad person just a very bad teacher.

Dr. Forzano is a really great professor, super nice and everything. But this class was Not the best. I don't think I understood anything this entire semester. Definitely plan on getting extra help if you're not the best at math (like me).

She knows what shes talking about, but I don't. I had a tutor and still could not understand the material. She never put lecture slides on blackboard so you would have to quickly scribble down what she says in the second she gives you to write it. Very difficult class.

The lecture style of teaching made learning statistics very confusing. If you think you understand something in the lecture, you won't when you try to do the homework. The way she explains things can also be very confusing. The notes often do not help you with the homework so be prepared to spend a lot of time searching through the textbook.

Very nice lady and professor. She tends to repeat herself a lot, but it helps if you miss something. Class is just lecture and doing worksheets individually sometimes. She is always looking to help her students, and encourages you to come to her office hours for help. Grade is based on five tests, and online homework assignments averaged together.

Shes a nice lady but do not take this class if you want an A. Grade will depend on 4 tests and nothing more. She is not willing to add more extra credit. Studying resources are limited to the textbook which she basically reads during class. Tests have tricky questions and expect a lower grade than what youre used to.

Stats is already a hard class on it's own, but the lecture style made it harder. Even when you think you understand something she explains it to make you more confused. The tests are so much heavier than the homeworks, so even if you do great on homework if you fail the test you'll fail the class.

Dr. Forzano has clear, logical, easily understood lectures. The grade in class depends entirely upon 3 exams that are tougher than average, so make sure to overstudy if you want an A. The exam questions aren't always relative to how much time a topic is covered in class, so study EVERYTHING.

Love Forzano as a person and professor. She is very clear and is always available for help outside of class if needed. This class is based on 4 exams and no homework which I wasn't a fan of. Tests weren't easy but weren't extremely hard, just make sure you really study before hand and take good notes in class.

She requires a lot of online work but it's really easy and only takes a few minutes to complete. Her tests are the easiest I've ever taken because if you know what she's talking about during lecture (she gives specific examples and explains them clearly), you'll do great! She's a great teacher!

She is super nice and super helpful. If you have any questions, comments, concerns, go to office hours, she is more than willing to help you! Content is dry but it's not hard and she does her best to try to make it interesting. Tests are not too hard.

She is co-author to the textbook, so when we pay upwards of $150 it makes me question why the syllabus says the textbook is "mandatory in class". Online you can purchase a code and receive the ebook free so don't bother with hard copy. This is frustrating especially when the book is used in class just to "see things more clear." Very upsetting.

Her tests have trick questions and are harder than they need to be. The only grades were 4 tests that were all pretty difficult. She's nice but her tests are hard. Expect a grade 10 points lower than you're used to.

By far the worst professor I've had at Brockport. Her lectures are directly from the textbook and are very hard to understand. She also only has one way to explain things so even if you go to see her during office hours it won't help much. She is very intellegent and nice but she can not teach.
