He saved me with his non stop motivation some students didnt get it and he will stop class until they do and that is so different than south high. i am learning and feel like a student and should here like Tim said we all can be.

Each assignment is a paper and responses to classmates (online course) Everything was very clear on what/how we would be graded. I learned a lot about myself as this class got me thinking outside the box. Would 100% take another course by Prof. LaFountaine.

He made a boring class great really inspired me to continue. He also was aware that some students in the cleass were very poor and needy and I saw him give food and other things they needed without any one needidn to know, Thought that was cool.

I would take a million classes with Tim, he is such a passionate teacher and really made this class fun and interesting at the same time. Definitely be ready to participate in class discussions and make sure to actually go to class.

Gives you short critical thinking essay assignments every other week. It is very easy and interesting. He always makes sure his explanation of the assignment is clear. This class was taken online and I would definitely take this class again.

I just finished a course with him and absolutely loved his class. You can totally tell he loves what he does and is very fair about grading. I would recommend anyone take his classes! Hes amazing.

Didn't expect to like this class but this prof makes it interesting. You will have to read a lot and really think about and elaborate your thoughts genuinely in your discussions and papers. The last assignment ties it all together so that was a nice surprise! If you put yourself into this class, you will get a lot out of it. One of my 4 favs!

He is one of the best professors I have had at QCC. I am thankful I had him as my professor because I have learned a lot from him that I took home with me. Make sure you do not miss any class and do all your assignments and you will pass with an A.

Loves to do group work which I was not a fan of, but if that's your thing then you'll love it! You NEED to participate or he will target you for hard questions. Happened to one person in my class all the time that would never offer an answer. Lot's of existential questions that don't really have an answer, but he loves talking about them.

Took the online summer class. Wicked easy, assignments due a week apart so plenty of time. He gives you all the materials you need so you dont have to spend money on a textbook. Would definitely take a course taught by him again.

One of my favorite professors because you can tell he loves what he does. He cares about his students and wants them all to do well. He made the class very interesting. I wished that we learned more. The semester and the classes seemed so short!

this class was an iffy one... he does lecture a lot and he can be very sassy in uncalled for situations. however, he knows his stuff and he cares about his students so much and he is always there if need be which makes up for the negative parts of the class because he actually loves what he does.

This was an interesting class, I guess it's a class that makes you think outside the box. Assignments were kind of fun, especially that last one, you create your own Utopia. Easiest class I ever taken, a total of 9 assignments. East A!
