Treats an intro level physics course like an advanced level one. Not recommended! confuses the students with his teaching style. Highly unorganized. Extremely rude to students when they have questions/ makes them feel stupid. DO NOT TAKE HIM!

Terrible professor. Rude to students and doesn't understand that this is a 1000 level course. Hard to understand in class and very difficult exams! Doesn't care for the students.

Stay away from this professor! Extremely rude to students when they ask questions. Does problems in class but cannot explain properly. Very difficult exams. Once again, do not take him unless you are good at teaching yourself EVERYTHING.

This professor is really bad, please stay away. His tests are difficult and he doesn't explain anything. I spent all semester just skipping his class (friend signed me in) and I read the book and wrote down all the formulas because his class is just that bad. You cannot understand him and hes really rude in class. Stay away.

Speaks russian in class which makes it extremely hard to understand but he is the funniest prof ever. Cannot pronounce th sounds like theta (theta = TEETA) or any word over 3 syllables. Easy grader. Homework and quizzes are bonus and labs are graded in front of you.

very hard to understand him, 3 exams which you can bring in formula sheets, during the exam he really wants the students to do well, and will help you during the exam by writing formulas on the board or giving you hints. take it with a friend who knows his stuff and you'll do fine : )

Overall the guy is smart and knows the subject well. The only problem is his English language. Sometimes it is difficult to get what he means. But, lots of students don't show up for this class and still get good grades.

He is an easy A. Never came to class, only the review sessions, copied all the notes at review and brought them in during test(he allows to bring notes to his exams). The questions were exactly the same as on review with different numbers, so it was a no-brainer.

If you are russian, take him!!! He knows the subject, and knows how to teach. He makes a borring class very interesting by adding int. facts about every day life. However, he has problems with English, esp. when you ask him a question. Tests are not hard!
