He is fair, respectful, very informed, smart. ENV101 is a hybrid class, so there was lot of material to cover by ourselves. Is Environmental Science for 4 credits. It was expected to be hard. If the class felt at times challenging, it was not because of the professor, but because it was a complex & difficult subject. After all, is college level

Terrible Terrible...thought i was going to die at 8 am. Tests are extremely hard and impossible. I made a C with the 35 bonus points from peer mentoring. Do not ever take this guy. He will kill your grade. Im a junior and still recovering my gpa from him.

colgan is a HORRIBLE teacher, the tests are impossible, i made a 4.0 in high school and I had to drop it, you can do peer mentoring to get bonus points but they don't help much when you make an F on the test! Most horrible teacher at Tech!

Colgan is not that bad of a teacher. The subject is very hard and it is a lot of material. He teaches using lecture and overhead notes. His notes are straight from the book. Has a sense of humor. Tests are very hard. You must read the material and understand it. Never lets out of class early.

If your prepared to look over power point after power point to copy and just sit there forcing yourself not to fall alsleep, this is the class for you.Colgan is a good teacher.He knows his stuff, but relating what he teaches to this difficult test can be hard. If your a self studier, you'll do fine.

This course is way harder than necessary. The test are pretty hard. I know a lot of people that invest a lot of time in this class and make apprx. a "C". Although it is possible to make an "A" few people do. JUST READ THE CHAPTERS AND TAKE GOOD NOTES.

This class is sooo boring. We will not add the fun we had in BISC 132 playing with shoes. I thought(thought is the key word)he would be a cool teacher, but was wrong in my assumption. He teaches all over the place and related everything to mushrooms!
