The Number one Professor in the world. I hated medchem , but because Dr. Mehanna was the teacher I ended up loving it. I cried before taking this class having no knowledge of chemistry like that. We dont deserve an amazing teacher like that. Mcphs is too underrated for a Noble amazing loving teacher like Dr. Mehanna. I love this man. He is the best

Dr. Mehanna is my favorite teacher. Honestly his first exam I failed miserably and then finished his class with an A+. This class can seem intimidating but if you follow EVERYTHING he says, then you will succeed in this class like no other. He is the nicest, sweetest Professor, do not take him for granted!!!

Dr. Mehanna is over qualified for his position at MCPHS. This man is a genius and he wants you to succeed. People who complain about him are spineless. Yes he is intimidating but he is approachable and is always willing to help. He makes the class a fun place to be in by joking around and lightening the mood. He is an incredible professor.

Dr. Mehanna is a smart guy but as a professor he is not doing a efficient job teaching medchem to the whole class. He has called out students for "cheating" after they noticed he had messed up the scantron forms during an exam review. On top of this during his lectures he misspells drug names, draws structures wrong, and mostly writes illegibly.

Dr. Mehana is a true inspiration for any student. He exemplifies what hard work and consistency added to passion could accomplish in a person. Thanks for leading and teaching by example.

He is not sure about what he is saying, confusing students all the time with wrong structures and wrong information. The knowledge he teaches conflict with the other classes. You can't use the knowledge from his class for your career. No choice but just have to take him b/c he is the one Prof for Medchem at MCP

Comment:
Funny man with a love for the subject he teaches, but not a good professor at all. Has a very strong accent and doesn't use the microphone rendering my notes questionable most of the time. Spells drugs wrong/draws structures incorrectly causing students to study inaccurate material for exams. No textbook to refer to except his, you are on your own.

Dr. Mehanna is an excellent example of a professor who has a love for teaching. He is always there to help you with any questons you may have. Overall, Dr. Mehanna is a good-hearted, extraordinary individual, and it was an honor to take his class.

He is the reason you wake up every AM for this 8AM class! JUST AWESOME!!! Study, follow his lectures and you will learn a ton! You will thank this guy in 5th yr! Amazing person as well! Cares about us all alot!
