Dr. Boccaccio is a tough grader, but that shouldn't hinder you from taking her class. Although this course was challenging, it was my favorite of the semester. Dr. B lays out everything required of you in the syllabus. If you put in the work, then you will get a good grade. Don't take this class if you are looking for an easy A.

In all honesty, the class over all wasn't really that bad as long as you read the chapters, and follow the directions of the assignments you'll be fine. However, when it comes to the professor's teaching. She definitely needs a reality check, the amount of disrespect to her students! Expect to get treated like you're dumb.

Great Professor! Follow her instructions for assignments very carefully. YOU MUST read and understand the chapters thoroughly to pass the class. Exams are moderately difficult and she grades assignments fairly (with feedback). Take advantage of ALL extra credit points! Responds quickly to questions/e-mails. Cares about student's success!

She was AWFUL. If you can't understand something, expect to get a response like you are a lesser human being. I could submit exactly what she asked for word for word and she would STILL manage to tear it apart piece by piece. She was just awful. Don't take her unless you want your GPA to drop.

I took her for Psych. She was not a very pleasant teacher. She talked down to her students as if she was so much better because she has been through more education. She made her lectures drag on talking about a paper or something that was due Repeating the same things over an over. Ex 'don't submit it late'. She also rambled on if somone was late

General Psych with this professor was horrible. She is very strict with her policies. Told us to "pretend we're in college". I don't pay all this money to pretend. Community college is also an education sorry that not all of us have the money to attend a high university right away. This woman's heart is a brick of ice. Can be very rude sometimes.

Her "mini lectures" do not help at all. Its basically like taking a class without any help or any teacher. She pays a lot of attention to detail on posts and takes off a lot of point for capitalization and stupid little things. She is also quite rude and just too strict with all her policies. I really dislike her and DO NOT recommend taking her.

This class was extremely hard for me. I did the reading that was assigned, and I did the online threads that were assigned. I was failing and had to withdrawal from the class as soon as Financial Aid would let me. This is a HARD class, and the teacher is an EXTREMELY hard grader. If you need to take this class, do NOT do it online.

Excellent instructor! Her teaching methods was excellent and I really enjoyed the class. If I was to become a psych major and didn't have to move out of state, I would surely sign up for another one of her courses.

Absolutely horrible! Do not take her class unless you want an unclear professor with no way of knowing whether or not your next assignment will be an A or a D. She is so unclear with grading, and no matter how much work you put into it, you won't get the grade you deserve. HORRIBLE! I wish I never signed up for her online class summer 2012!

Don't memorize, learn the material! Study everyday bc of the quite quick quizzes. She uses power points and shows video clips. You're given test reviews on blackboard and try it papers are due on Fridays at midnight.

I took Dr. B's summer online psychology course. This class is not for anyone who is lazy and would not recommend it unless you have A LOT of time to dedicate to it. There's a tremendous amount of reading and there is a timed test every 4 days or so. Dr. B is very sarcastic and does not like to answer any questions.

Amazing professor. She gives you all the tools you need to do well and then some.It is very obvious to see that she cares about her students and wants them to do well. It's a shame there aren't more professors with her knowledge. I only wish she taught more subjects.
