Horrible online prof. I dropped his class since the work is so hard, and it was impossible to reach him by e-mail. I would not recommend him to any student.

This teacher will go the extra mile if you show interest. He cares about his students learning if the student cares. The subject is not easy, its not rocket science either. I prefer the hybrid class to online I have taken both Macro 2 and Macro 4 with O'Connor. The stories and the stock market review are related, pay attention and you willlearn

Wow I don't know what you people are complaining about. Sure he goes off topic but hey he relates them to the subject matters too incase u didnt notice. I took him and slept in his class everytime and i still got a B. His test are online and its practically the same one in class so if u cant figure out how to pass it then ur just too dumb.

Great Professor. Very fair with grading. I've noticed some have complained about the stocks....It's a macro class people (if you pay attention you will learn a few tricks of the trade). The subject is difficult. However, if you're respectful and show interest, professor O'connor will go the extra mile. I took the hybrid class. Attendence is a must!

He got off subject a lot with his ****en stories...although that was the entertaining part. All of his tests he gave our class were take home and in class he let us "compare answsers". Almost all his econ examples had something to do with beer,

Man, this guy is really cool, but teaching isnt really his thing. He tends to go off topic A LOT. Especially when the topic is alcohol and bars. He tends to cut classes short whenever he feels like it, which is awesome cuz he's so boring. He sounds like Ben Stein.

Tried to tuff it out until the end, but you can not understand this guy whatsoever! His tests have many tricks in them; and, he hates helping people. He refers you to the tutors. Ended up dropping his class because he is lazy and an unfair grader. I don't know where these people think he's easy???

His lectures were entertaining and he stayed pretty close to the subject. The test formats were way easy if you read the assignments. If you rub him the wrong way he won't hide his distaste, but still grades fair. Not all classes should be easy, his is

Had this guy and Dr. Justice. Justice wrote his own textbook and was easier, but this guy is really cool and his class is almost as easy. Allows notes and his exams don't get too technical, although you will need to study. He grades students fairly.

Not that great of an instructor. Doesn't explain material all that well. Only 3 tests. McMurran is better.

Grade is only based upon 3 tests but you can retake 1 of the first 2. It's hard to get a good grade unless you show up every class. Not easy to understand
