He is a master at breaking down the material and always has a helpful analogy to assist with comprehension. He brings an interesting twist to an otherwise bland subject. Ive never appreciated math before taking his class.

It was impossible to understand the man. He made the class 1,000 times harder than it should have been. He is very picky on the format you use on his 3 hour tests! Worst class ever!

This man can not teach Math. I learned everyting out of class. Oh, and I took a test over 6hrs long, some people took longer. Yes you can get an A in the class, but its not worth it.

DO NOT take this class with this professor unless you enjoy proofs, hundreds of metaphors and analogies that dont make sense, and tests that last from 8 at night until 1 in the morning. He is a nice guy but he makes the class the worst and most boring i have ever had...and i love math. class runs over 15min every day.

Junster's lectures are sometimes confusing but will spend multiple class periods explaining concepts students are having trouble with. His tests are hard but you'll do well if you study and prepare for them. He gives out groups in the beginning of the semester that are a valuable tool for notes and studying. Its fun, non-traditional math!

dr. jungster has really good intentions, i think. he's just really socially inept and has little patience for those who may lag. and my first test did take about 4 hours. however, the class overall isn't that hard, after you get used to it, and i got a lot more interested in it as time went on. i'd probably recommend this class.

He has good intentions, but he's a horrible teacher! Each class consists of a long and complicated proofs, and he gets mad when you don't understand his process. His tests are night tests that take me well over 4 hours and are incredibly hard. Despite the grade distibutions, don't take him! His class is really frustrating for non-math majors.

His intentions are good, but he should not be a teacher. HIs first test took me 5 hours. That's ridiculous for a calc one test.

His intentions are good, but I did not work well with his teaching style. He only taught proofs which makes it hard to do applicable calculus. Many people were in his first class for 5 hours. That's ridiculous. He thinks he is the only person in the math dept who can teach calc. Given the option, there is no way I would take this class again.

He gives one VERY easy quiz which accounts for about 15% of your grade. He also gives out extra points for the tests and will bump up your grade at the end. His teaching style is a little odd, but if you are an average math student then you should do well in his class!

His teaching style is very confusing. If you are a very good math student, then you will do alright and you may even find his teaching style to be hilarious, but if you didn't have Calculus in high school then you should probably consider another teacher because you will be lost in this class.

Although his intentions are good, I didn't like his teaching style. If you're already good at math then understanding what he's trying to explain shouldn't be too much of a problem, but if you're not- good luck.
