Comment:

This class was easy while being fun. You actually learn stuff even if you don't study. There are weekly discussions on very interesting topics and he mostly just gives you an A for participating. The quiz questions are on quizlet so you don't have to buy the textbook. He also provides PowerPoints if you want to read them and not pay for the book.

He is a great all-around professor. I had a lot of medical problems throughout the semester and he was understanding and so so helpful. He is by far the best professor I've had. If you have zero knowledge on government and want to learn all about it I HIGHLY recommend this class! Your textbook will be your best friend, so don't be shy with it!!

Prof. Fitzgerald's class is pretty straightforward. Discussion posts, quizzes, and exams - all easy if you look over the material available. Be careful on some of the quizzes due to there being a few where the answers were recorded in his system incorrectly. If you feel you got something right, email him. He is very accessible and understanding.

Easy A. Simple discussions every week as well as easy quizzes. He grades everything fast, and gets back to you quick as well. Definitely would take him again.

This Professor is very passionate about the courses he teaches. I took this course as a Fall B course and it was super easy. As long as you do the assignments on time you should have no problem passing this course with Professor Fitzgerald. (PS. almost everything in this course is on quizlet)

Best history professor I have every had, somewhat of a tough grader but presents the work in a way that you actually learn it. I took it on the mini semester and even with the quick deadlines it was fun and stress free.

Really great professor! He makes his courses very interested, you'll leave wanting to continue your knowledge of today's politics and goings on in our government. Took him for both AMH2010 and POS2041, both courses did NOT have any exams or finals, just weekly quizzes and discussions. Very easy to receive an A, just turn in the work. (Qzlt) :)

I took this class online. Super EASY! Weekly PowerPoints, little videos with questions, discussions, and quizzes. All super easy. He is a great professor and you can tell he cares about the students doing well, and if you need it, he will help you. 100% recommend this class to you ONLINE.

Professor Fitzgerald was great! I took his class online in a short semester. It was not hard but there was sooo much homework, but if you do the reading and keep up with it you will definitely get an A! He takes the time to give feedback to each student and posts lecture videos. Hes actually passionate about history and teaching and it shows.

This is my 2nd time taking this professor. Absolutely love him and I wish I could take him for my next history class. Lots of small assignments and weekly quizzes, but very easy to do and keep up with. No midterm or final. You can tell he is very passionate about the subject he teaches. Can't say enough great things about him! Take him if you can!

Comment:

Took this class online for 1/2 semester. Lots of short assignments through the week, but he opens the 2 weekly quizzes each Friday and closes them on Sunday. The work isn't difficult, just know that is you work on the weekends, you'll need to find an hour to be able to sit down to do the quizzes. The discussions are heavily weighed, but fun.

I took this class for a 1/2 semester online and i loved it. I personally love history but i really enjoyed the way Mr. Fitzgerald taught this class. If you do the readings and discussions you'll be fine and the tests are not crazy hard.

Comment:

Great teacher that really cares about his students. He takes the time to respond and give feedback to your answers for each discussion question given. He wants his students to succeed and genuinely cares about the subject he is teaching. There is a lot of homework, but it's easy. If I put in more effort, I would have easily gotten an A.

An excellent class and an amazing professor! I didn't realize that one of my assignments hadn't posted, and he contacted me and allowed me to submit it for full credit. One of the best professors that I've had.

Great guy!! All these reviews are spot on. His responses to all my discussions and any work I ever turned in were truly sincere. He really cares about history and makes it interesting. I took for a mini semester and got a A. Two exams and their the same material as in the power points. Weekly quizzes (normal for a mini semester) DEF take again

Professor FitzGerald is truly passionate about the subject he teaches which is history! taking this class online in a mini-semester is sorta a handful if you have a full-time schedule just be prepared to do quizzes, read two chapters a week and 2 discussions typically. Overall only had to write 3 essays for him very straightforward class.
