i think people are giving him way too hard of a time. yes, you watch a lot of videos but it could be a lot worse. yes, the tests take a long time to complete but they're open book! he's softspoken and nice and you can tell he really wants his students to succeed. (i got an A in the class btw)

BORING BORING BORING Not a good teacher just an easy one all tests are take home and all you do is watch videos every class just make sure he counts you present then you can go. Take if you want an easy A only thing the test take a while to complete you get two each time.

Mr. Meador is a terrible professor. Instead of reviewing the chapters we are instructed to read, he shows us films every class. Unless you are unproductive and lazy, I would not recommend him to anyone.

Very nice guy! His tests are take home so you do have to read your text book and the essays are easy. The documentaries helped make it interesting. I actually learned more taking his class than I did in 121. I highly recommend him.

8 tests, all take home, then you grade them in class. He is so unbelievably boring. All you do is watch video's, or he just stands up there and mutters. Easy A, but what a bore!

SOOOO EASY!! Everyone who did not have more than 6 absences got A's in the entire class!! As long as you stay for him to take roll, you can leave. In my class, all he did EVERY SINGLE CLASS was pop in videos, so people either wasted their 1.5 hr by sleeping or they just left class and did something productive. EASY A, you won't learn a lot, though.

this guy is very boring but sooooooo easy. all tests are take home. there is no final and he shows movies every day. he is a nice guy and i recommend him if you want to get a good grade. but i guarantee you most likely wont learn anything.

He is sooooo boring!!!! A lot of people sleep during class. But I got an A because all of his test are take home!! HE also gave 100's on our first 4 test to all his students. If you want to be bored, but get a guarenteed A, take him, less stress, but BORING!

Mr. Meador is very helpful and wants everyone to succeed. For those of you who said he was hard, you did not give any effort. He tells you what to expect and offers extra credit to pull your grade up. Overall, Mr. Meador is one of my favorite teachers with a heart of gold.

don't know what these people are talking about. he tries to trick you all the time, says test is one day and gives test out the day before the test day, anyone not there gets a 0. He's extremely boring, sometimes requires double essays on tests. NOT A GOOD TEACHER!

Make sure you read everything. Shows lots of movies about the times from the history channel. Lots of quirky surprise questions on test, than can be tricky if you missed a day of class. Make sure youre there the day before the test-it helps a lot.
