You need science credit? TAKE THiS CLASS. I'm super bad @ science but Fouch made every thing crystal clear.He's super nice, too. 3-4 tests cover the material and you'll get a B minimum if you just go to class. Also, go to class on Fridays, cause he usually gives out extra credit for attendance.

Comment:

Don't take this class just for the sake of fulfilling one of the branch course requirements. Matt is very demanding in this class, assigns lots of homework, and the term project is a big deal. HOWEVER, I recommend that you take this class if you really want to learn geophysics. The term project exposes you to writing real research papers.

Assigns too much work, unclear instructions, poorly explains concepts and the book is worse, makes lots of errors in class and then spends tons of time trying to correct himself. He is just a bad teacher, does not understand his student's level of understanding. Nice guy but don't take his class!!!!

As the last post has shown us, college isn't geared toward the intellectually defficient. Fouch is a great teacher!
