Audrey is the best professor I have ever had! She is the sweetest person and truly cares about her students and the topics she covers in class. She really works hard to help every student when they need it, and her feedback on papers was always helpful! I am truly heartbroken I won't be able to take another class with her as she is leaving UWEC :(

Audrey is the BEST professor that UWEC has seen. Her efforts to make class enjoyable and inclusive do not go unnoticed. She is the most inspirational and easy to talk to woman that I have ever met. She genuinely cares about each one of her students and strives to make a connection with them. She will be truly missed.

She is absolutely amazing. I am beyond sad that she is leaving Eau Claire. I had her for two courses this semester, English 396 and English 210, and there wasn't a single day that she wasn't happy. She gives the best feedback, is always there to listen, and never makes you feel like you can't do something. She is simply an amazing teacher.

Audrey is seriously amazing. Willing to help students in any form, whether it's with school or personal stuff. She knows her stuff and will share her extensive wisdom. Really accessible, writes incredible feedback on papers that truly helps you grow as a writer. She deserves her 4.9 rating.

Professor Fessler is one of the most caring professors I've ever had. She is very flexible when difficulties arise and helps stimulate class discussion. I am seriously considering moving around my schedule in order to take another one of her classes. She also regularly brings cookies. which is always a plus

I took Fessler for Engl 110 and jumped at the opportunity to have again taking Engl 296. She gives guidelines and always ready to help everyone meet her expectations. She is the only professor I've known to provide a bluebook on the test instead of making you buy your own. She is incredibly understanding and kind when you come with questions.

Audrey is the kindest person I have ever met. She is so willing to work with you outside of class and help you with the texts. I was really sick and missed lots of class but as long as I made time to go see her for help she was willing to work with me. Nobody will ever regret taking a class with Audrey, the more the better!

I absolutely love Dr. Fessler! She is very caring, intelligent, and helpful! She has high expectations, but is also realistic. More than often, she pushed back due dates of final essays so students had more time to work. She is friendly and funny and definitely a great professor! Highly recommended.
