Comment:

Dr. Saphire is willing to go as slow as it takes for all the students to learn. She does not fly through any of the material and in fact takes time out of class for students to compare work on in-class examples. Her lectures are very clear and organized, she is easy to understand, and has good handwriting (important for a math prof!). Work hard..B+

Awesome professor. She's an expert in Statistics. Class is hard because of its topics, however, Dr. Saphire makes everything easy-going and fun. I would definitely take another class with her if I could.

I was fine with her class. I did well on tests but didnt do half the HW and it hurt me. Some complained of different grades for same work/results on tests. She did not answer questions in class in such a way as to encourage asking. Don't let her scare you just be bold and ask, at lest she'll know ur paying attntn and care. She tches by doin exmpls.

This is one of the best professors at Trinity, although she only teaches one class a semester. Take as many classes as you can with Saphire. By the way, she doesn't even get paid to teach in the math department, just does it for fun.

This woman does stats for a LIVING and she LOVES it. If you're not careful, you'll love it too. Fun class, enlightening, and not too difficult, though you'll work for the A.
