Brunner is one of the best teachers at the falls. He has a lot of humor as well as real life experience to go with his lectures. He is very supportive and I had a lot of fun in the class. The content can be difficult but you just have to stay on top of your work. Do not neglect the online hw

One of the best accounting professors at Spokane Falls. Lectures and material are very clear. He goes through several examples and is more than willing to spend time with students outside class. Show up and take notes, they will come in handy to review for tests. And the extra, he's a funny guy.

This class was a run-of-the-mill intro class. The only bad thing was the textbook. Typically, as students are on a fixed income, a book is assigned that can be bought used. Professor Brunner instead opted for a book that required the online element, McGraw Books. Beware, you will be required to virtually rent a book for 100+ dollars.

The worst professor I have ever had. Participated in discussions and still gave me low scores. He doesn't proofread his posts so half the time you cannot understand him. Poor communication with students.

Mr. Brunner is able to convey the topic at hand in a commanding way. As long as you read up on the chapter and follow his guidelines, you can pass the class. If you fall behind a week, however, you will be lost in a bottomless pit. haha

I had to withdraw from the class because Don has such poor communication skills. He locked the class from access with the paid for access code before I could enter it. Then when I asked him to open it so I could get in he didn't respond for 10 days. By that time I'd missed so many assignment deadlines that the best I could hope for was a B.

There is a huge lack of communication within this class. I've taken many online classes before and there was some interaction. There was absolutely none in this class. Also, you don't even need to buy the book, just the access code. I wasted money because I didn't know this. The access site has a virtual book.

Online. A subject I enjoy, it should have been easy. No textbook help in doing exercises, difficult, but can check answers. Post more than the suggested 3 for easy points. Exercises and quizzes are for learning-can check answers. 5 exams, open book, some tricky questions. Lots of reading. No extra credit, optional final. Brunner is fair.

Prof. Brunner was great in class, answered your questions, and had an open door policy. Unfortunately for me, he grades only on tests! I have test anxiety so this really didn't work for me. I spoke with him about it and mentioned that I felt I would do much better if he had assignments that were graded. He did do extra credit and that helped.

Online: This class was an interesting class in a topic I knew next to nothing about. Don is fair, communicative, and kept is interesting. Class requirements were heavy reading, discussion board participation, and weekly quizes &/or exams. Discussion board was tedious at times. Optional final to replace lowest exam score.

Great teacher. Don was always available to help me when I was having trouble. Very slow paced class, like one problem a day. I found myself skipping way too much because it just wasn't worth it to go. Funny guy, but goes off on tangents a lot, loves to talk about his wife's truck.

Online Class. He seems like a nice guy, expectations are pretty straightforward, except he wants you to post way more than the three times he suggests. Quizzes and tests are pretty easy, and his class prepared me for an economics competition in which I placed first. He's quick to answer questions but will also make you think and research.

Online class. Multiple choice quizzes you can take until you get them right. 5 exams with short essays. Tests follow the text and online lectures. He won?t embarrass you if you ask a dumb question. Explains concepts in easy to understand examples. Very fair. The posts were fun. No extra credit, but optional final. Great professor!

Don is a great instructor. I always had fun in his classes (201/203). He is upfront with his expectations and is very organized. He is open to suggestions and really tries to keep in mind the rate which the students are learning to evaluate when the test should be given. A++++ kinda guy!

This was my 2nd class with Don. I enjoy his interactive teaching style, and not using Wiley is a plus.Doing the work long hand means you learn the material. I will miss his humor. If you don't learn the material - you had better seek help. The pace wasn't all that rapid, but it was fast enough for some to get lost pretty quickly

Don is a great instructor. I took him last quarter and was at first a bit concerned, but he asked us to trust him, and I learned there is good reason to. I like the fact that he doesn't rely too heavily on WileyPlus - and learned the material better because of it. Can't wait for 203 in the fall!
