had control system with him in 2015. At the time, I did not like his lectures but now I realize what he did. I have no doubt he is one of the greatest profs I have ever had, Thanks to him being tough and disciplined.

Course marks come from 2 midterms, 6 assignments and the final. The second midterm (worth 25 percent) had an average of 42, and he wouldn't curve it. When the average is that bad it is more an indication of poor teaching than poor students. It also doesn't help that lecture notes have few examples, the few there are nowhere near midterm difficulty

Brutal professor. Extremely smart but his lectures are disorganized, lack examples, and he often goes on tangents deriving formulas while neglecting to teach the application of them. Marking scheme is either right or wrong, no part marks. Lectures are almost useless, seek outside help immediatly if you're struggling

Had him for a graduate class. Our class was 11 students; 9 of us reported him to the graduate student association. He was dishonest, rude and stubborn. His assignments wasted hours upon hours of time because he had trouble with English, but was too proud to admit when this questions didn't make sense. His lectures were well organized.

Ebrahim Teaches for the love of it, he's got millions of dollars and no need to continue teaching, but he likes it. His assignments are fair and exams fair also. He's very helpful and accommodating, frankly he's the best prof at UOIT for engineering. his classes are DEFINITELY worth attending, as he gives comprehensive notes that are valuable.

Esmiailzadeh is a teacher who does not sugar coat his subjects. Anybody who thinks a 2nd/3rd year engineering course should be easy is out 2 lunch. His exams fail alot of people, but at the same time i can recall a class of 90 people usually only producing 30 on a consistent basis. He consistenly offered overflowing office hours, tried v hard.

Do not take his class even if you have to go to some other university to take the credit. he knows his stuff but very unprofessional delivery of course material, very inconsiderate toward students. Highly incapable of genearating interest of students into his subject.
