Comment:

An all online class that is actually very beneficial towards the real world. Teaches you how to use Microsoft word, powerpoint, excel, and tests you on it. It is a pretty cool course and I would highly recommend it! I didn't try to contact the professor, but from what I know she sent out a few emails through out the semester.

NEVER. REPLIES. TO EMAILS. EVER. "the best way to contact me is email" LOL NO. Course is easy, but the programs are super dumb and so overly simplified that they're complicated. oh, and TONS, literal tons, of busywork. Do not take.

This is an online course for intro to computer science. The assignments were extremely easy, just time consuming. Would take again because it was an easy A. She never responds to emails though so you're on your own pretty much.

Weekly quizzes and "exams" (super easy). We have a grader project which is a bit harder but as long as u do well on the exams and quizzes you'll be fine. She provides a step by step guide for all exams. You are able to submit quiz, exam, and project 3 times and only counts the highest score. She's a nice professor, if you need help go to office hrs

Super Lenient. Do you homework and you will pass. She provides step-by-step guides to all assignments so there is no reason why you would not be able to complete assignments.

Completely online. Easy quizzes, open book, 3 chances to take. Stimulation practices before you take the test (no credit for stimulation) it completely walks you though the stimulation test step by step as well as a video to help you. The stimulation practice is almost exactly like the stimulation tests! Final is from previous questions you've had

Took her online and tested out but her communication was AWFUL, which is crazy for an online course. I couldn't get a response from her until halfway through the semester and even then she wouldn't give me correct answers on what I was asking her.

The online class is very easy. She is VERY nice. I turned in all of my work at the last minute (some of it was over 4 months late) and she gave me full credit on everything. She doesn't respond to e-mails so you'll be on your own if you need any clarification.

I attended Professor Yang's online class. For the most part, anyone that has used a computer before will do pretty well. There were a lot of homework/projects to turn in (PowerPoint, short essays, questions from the book, etc.). At times it was hard to contact the instructor for clarification on assignments. The test out exam is easy to pass-but if you want an A you will probably have to sit through the semester.The test out exam is harder than any of the tests/final-done on purpose.Class is pretty dry if you have ANY prior knowledge about PCs.As the other comment said-the majority of the class tends to surf the net throughout her lectures.
