Mr. Magoo is an absolute nut job. All he every talks about is Denmark and how he thinks he shouldn't have to learn the English language. Hates "the ropes method" and with that said, any and all methodologies in general. Memorization is the love of his life, because he's anti hippies. Skips steps and leaves you guessing. I do NOT recommend him!!!!!

Easy class yet I still got screwed over. Hard to understand thru his accent. Funny and lenient guy. I overslept and missed an exam but he let me take the same exam. He's willing to help though. But better depend on your friends or your TA to get thru this class.

When people say that he can not teach stuff clearly it's because he is always trying to explain how the formula are derived instead of just throwing formula to you and just tell you to do this and that. The test is pretty easy but like everyone says, you really need to have a good TA. If you can get Bowlin or Junes, do whatever you can to have them

Pedersen rocks! He can be pretty hilarious at times and the accent just makes it all that much better. He also started making slides and posting exam answers online, which is very convenient. Would not have survived the class without my TA though. It's in discussion sections when all the concrete stuff was done.

He can't teach to save his life, but it's ok cause he's hilarious and is the easiest grader I've ever seen. You can get questions blatenly wrong and only loose 2 points. If you could handle calc 2 this will be a joke. Get a good TA though.

Pederson is the Dave Chappelle of Mathematics. Listen closely to him because he mumbles very funny things to himself.

Interesting professor, his lectures are more theoretical sometimes, but the homework and tests are straighforward. Easy A if you do the work.
