Prof. Monahan is excellent, with years of experience. He is very accessible and fair. Unfortunately he was sick this semester and was replaced half the time with an awful stand-in "professor" who is bigoted and aggressive and created an unsafe environment for LGBTQ students. She also said negative things about Prof. Monahan, which were NOT TRUE.

He's a great guy. Enjoyed every minute of his class, and the discussions we had inside and outside of class. He really wants to help the students that ask for the help. Don't believe the negative posts about him, he's not senile, just understands that most of the classes are required and not classes we would take out of complete interest.

Monahan is an awesome teacher! He has a passion for what he teaches. I didn't even have to buy the textbook for his class. As long as you do the work he assigns, there is absolutely no way that you can fail. I have thoroughly recommended him to all of my friends. Take him - it will be worth it.

This teacher doesn't teach, class only ever lasted 10 minutes, had to do a final case study, never told us how, I paid good money for a class that I learned nothing in, and I had to pay out of my pocket for this ridiculous class, I never even opened the book, nobody in class listened, horrible, never take him

If you read the text books and do the homework, you will do fine in his class; he can be hard to understand with the way he explains things but if you read you will understand; this is a teacher that you can learn a lot from but you must work at the same time; we pay a lot to learn a lot and with him, you will get your money's worth

Useless CJ classes, taught by a useless teacher. He needs to retire and go into private practice for foreign studies. His test are "stupid dumb" 3 questions that could be from anywhere in ch. 1-6 with no review! Also, he is bias to guys, he totally makes it easier for girls to do well! I really looked forward to this class and it sucked. He was very unclear, unable to explain when you asked for help. the tutors didn't understand the corriculum either. He cancelled about 3 classes and never held a full class. Definitely not something I would recommend. Take Chris Sadelmeier!!!!
