Classes consist of him rambling on about way too many historical events and he's unclear when he does it. The tests aren't too hard, and he drops the lowest one, he also gives you pretty solid study guides.

An easy class. He's nice & has a sense of humor. He makes note of who participates and uses it to boost your grade. Does assign two 7 page book reports, but they're not so bad; the books he picks you to read are interesting & he doesn't ask you to be analytical, they're just your observations and a couple questions taken straight from the reading.

This guys is cool...he knows history and tells you the facts...the better your notes, the better you'll do on the tests. He gives two book reports, but if you do them when you have nothing better to do you'll forget you even had them. He is one of the more fair history teachers in terms of grading as well...I pulled an A when I was hoping for a B

Dr.Connaly is the best! Tests are so easy if you're not a moron bc he gives you the terms that are on the test. There's a 7pg paper but it isnt that bad. Overall great teacher and easy class.

sweet sweet man. history is history and no matter who you take you are going to have to read the text to do well on the exams. but as far as a professor to make the hour class enjoyable... he is your best bet!

He is such a nice and cute old man! Tests can be hard, but if you read both books for the book reports and write your observations, that will bring your grade up alot. Class is basically just taking notes off the screen, so if you miss class, you can get them from someone else.

Pretty good guy, really, really slow grader. The paper was pretty tough 7-10 pages, but it wont kill you. The tests are ok, not to hard. Takes attendance everyday, but the class isnt bad so its not tough to go to all of them. Good teacher i would take him again

Such a sweet man...definately would want him as my grandfather.I'm a finance major who hated history and always thought I would, but he makes it worthwhile.At some points i actually looked forward to class.The course reading was still rather mundane...but he makes the course interesting.TAKE HIM!!!

It's an easy class but be prepared to do alot of work. I take about 5 pages of notes a day, he talks ALOT. he is fair, but the outside reading is boring. Then again, I don't much enjoy history.

He's a great guy. You'd want your grandfather to be like him. Just lectures but keeps your attention. Take notes on everything he says..its the test! Attendance helps or hurts grade.
