Fell asleep every single day hands down, he even asked me how I was acing all his tests and quizes, ITS ALL COMMON SENSE!! Extremely easy just use your brain and you will get a good grade, only thing a little demanding was the final paper but even then it is clearly explained!!!

Donaruma is a great professor, I dont know what everyone is complaining about. The entire class is about COMMON SENSE! Fell asleep everyday in class, not because it was boring, just tired. Aced every quiz and test, got an A- in the class. Final is easy term paper is a bit demanding but clear.

I remember Dr. Donaruma from my years at John Jay College (1977-1981). The class is called "Communication Skills", but, would serve the students better by calling it what it truely is, "Indoctrination into Liberal/Socialist/"Progressive" Thinking".

Okay Im the most laziest gurl there is. In the beginging i didnt understand it , but I started to read the chapter summary and it got interesting. The fallacies made sense. Speaks load and clear. test are hard but once u study the chap summaries become alot easier. Lots of participation helps. i got a c + at the end and was one of the highest.

Stay away. The material is taugh and pretty much useless. About 5 quizzes, final and a research paper that is worth 1/3 of the grade. Quizzes are taugh, most of the people fail them. He tries too much to be funny.
