Comment:

Dr. O'Connor is not a great online instructor. She is picky with grading and will deduct points without clear explanations. There are several chapters of reading each week. Assignment criteria is plopped into one long jumbled paragraph. Only a few video lectures, but they were interesting. She is probably way better in the classroom. SLOW grading!

DR.O'Connor is out of touch with the younger generation. She puts out recorded lectures from 5 years ago of her writing on a chalkboard. The course materials are outdated (1999) and the information provided no longer is valid. She is NOT tech savvy. Do not take this class online, it's extremely hard to follow what she is trying to teach!

I read these other postings and I wonder if we are even talking about the same professor. The professor that I had for two classes was a model professor of what I wish all professors at Bloomsburg were. Yes, her classes were intense, but isn't that why you go to school.....to learn? You are a better person for taking her classes!!!

She is absolutely terrible, I cannot stand this woman. I am literally counting down the days until this my business class is over. She talks a full hour and fifteen min it is the worst thing ever. Avoid her at all costs

I had O'Connor for both Business Diversity and Bus Comm amd Report Writing. Got an A and B+, her classes are pretty straight forward and she is easy to deal with. I would recommend taking any classes with her.

Maggie O'conner is a sweetheart. She is a bit unorganized in her notes and her tests are difficult if you dont put a lot of time and effort into studying for them. She is very nice and she will help anyone but she is difficult. If youre interested inteh subject and genuinly care about your grade you will do fine.

I have learned more from this woman than all my other professors combined! Her years of experience out in the real world give students an outlook that a professor with just a PHD cant give. I highly recomend this professor!
