I think he's straight forward and way better of an option compared to the "other" choices at the school. The material is challenging but he tells you exactly what is on the exams, its up to you to review and study and ask questions. I thought he was an excellent teacher and presented the material clearly.

For the people who wrote a negative comment - you should be ashamed. This professor is one of the best. He saves you money by not making you buy a book and teaches only based on his notes, which if you follow you will do great. I work full time and took full time summer classes and I got an A. What was your excuse???

I was very skeptical about this professor because of the poor ratings. However, i think he was a good teacher. Like all math classes you have to pay attention and study in order to understand and pass the test. It's hard to find a good math teach now a days and he is one of the best.

Student beware!!!!!! This insturctor is hard to understand. He makes the class harder than it should be. He makes the test very hard and is not similar to his lectures. very tricky and does not give partial credit. If you can avoid this instructor you'll be doing yourself a huge favor.NO JOKE

Condescending! He makes you feel stupid when you ask for clarification. I would NEVER take him again. He does NOT care how well his students do. If we don't understand, he assumes it's because we did not put in the effort. NO, its his terrible English and even worse teaching methods. DON'T TAKE HIM! You will not do well.

Most would disagree, but he is a great teacher. He is very demanding though, so don't take him if you like to ditch class and not read the book/notes. If you study and care about the class you will do well. I found him to be a good teacher, and even funny at times. You will learn things if you stick with the class.

I liked his class. He is a very smart person and a straightforward teacher. He perapares his students for the exams and teaches the material clearly with a lot of examples. Students have to attend classes, listen carefully and read his notes.

GOOD TEACHER!!! He actually teaches!! He is very helpful and understanding. No need for the book bc he uses his own slides that you should print out and bring to class BEFORE he goes over it. If you Attend all classes and Practice the material then class is pretty easy and understandable and u can get an 'A'.

I came into this class knowing he was hard /demanding. I put more effort into this class than another other class I have ever taken at NEIU. I still didn't pass. His tests are hard, the material is hard, and it's hard to understand him. I had to learn a lot of the material on my own and stopped asking him questions because he talks down to you.

If you attend "all" his classes and actually do the examples he wants you to then the exams are Easy. He straight up says "this problem will be on the exam.Only difference is the numbers" It doesnt get easier than that Actually try the problems he assigns and you wont fall behind like most 40% dumb a$$es after first exam. The firstexamis ALGEBRA!!!

Ok, this might sound very bipolar but this professor is brilliant but so difficult to understand. I had to pretty much learn on my own with classmates. It's a hard class and he's a demanding teacher. I wish I could have not attended unless there was a quiz or test but attendance is mandatory. If you study his examples and homeworks, you'll do well.

HONESTLY, THIS PROFESSOR IS AWESOME! I DONT UNDERSTAND HOW SO MANY PEOPLE DROP HIS CLASS. HE SEEMS INTIMIDATING AT FIRST BUT DO YOUR BEST AND STUDYING HIS EXAMPLES THERE ARE SIMILAR TO HIS TEST. This guy's tougher than nails. I find him to be brilliant and he obviously knows his subject matter, but his English is so limited that he absolutely can not teach beyond a certain point. If you need clarification he'll just repeat what he originally said. Very hard teacher with high standards. You'll learn a lot meeting those standards though.
