Awful teacher.Often about 10 min. late.Acted like any question raised during class annoyed him, but got angry when students didn't participate in discussions.When people answered questions he would tell them they didn't know anything or get mad at their opinion. Wouldn't answer questions about papers, but after grading them told us we couldnt write

This professor is consistently late by 5 or more minutes, and acts as though he is entitled 2do so. His sylabus offers no clear idea of what the class is about let alone what he expects out of papers. He does not keep grades up 2 date, he is rude and acts self righteous.He expects everyone 2have extensive prior knowledge of everyone in civil rights

worthless, absolutely worthless, this professor is a smart man, but has no teaching skills. He may be outspoken and respected in the community, but in the classroom, his speech lands on deaf ears. Most frustrating character of this professor is his unwillingness to accept others ideas and opinions, he is completly closed off.

HARD CLASS!! He doesn't give clear directions & lectures are boring and he expects u to write a paper over some subjects that he babbles about. He HAS POTENTIAL TO BE A GOOD TEACHER, BUT HE GRADS AS THOUGH WE'RE IN GRAD-SCHOOL. WORST CLASS I HAVE TAKEN!!

His lectures are extremely monotone and boring and his tests are ridiculously hard. He is more interested in how you do with English skills than the Relgions and Ethics parts!!! We have class discussion rarely and when we do, if your opinion differs from his then he gets angry. He has an attitude of telling you what to think. BAD.

Ethics of Religion is a waste of time. Nothing but a glorified religions of the world class. Midterm was a multi-choice test that had nothing to do with ethics! He gave stupid personal anicdotes that had nothing to do with class. He did not teach ethics.

Dr. Blackwell is probably the worst professor that I've ever had. He is an adminstrator and not a teacher. He has absolutely no teaching skills. He's s unorganized, forgetful, does not care about your needs as a student and expectations are unrealistic.
