Comment:

She really cares about students and their grades. As long as you try, do the simple assignments, and complete her study guides, you'll do great. I took it once a week for 3 hours and it was great! I got an A in the class. All of the tasks she asks you to complete for homework are easy. I didn't use the textbook much but there is some info you need.

Worst teacher ever! Her lectures are very unclear, you can not even know much about it. Also, she often didn't know what she's talking about in class! Always make us confused about the lectures. Tooooo much homework, essay questions and sooooooo hard exams. The worst thing is she doesn't treat student well!

It felt like she didn't know the material she was teaching. She wasn't really ready for the class. She was nice to you if you showed up to class everyday. Attendance is important.

Do not take this teacher and do not take a a blended course. She is a sweet person but not good in the classroom. Half the class is online and she did not make that clear and was not very helpful if you contacted her outside of class. Run the other way from this teacher.

I think she's very nice. But in comparison to what ive hear from other people's CIS classes id say stay away from thsi one. She gives TONS of homework. it didnt help that my section was a "blended" course. I say no to this teacher only for her needless amounts of homework...

She gives a lot of work. It's fairly easy, but takes a good amount of time to finish. She also presents a few extra credit opportunities. My advice is make sure you do the homework! I skipped out on homework for about one week only, next thing I know, I have an F on the midterm. I learned my lesson, and I'm telling you now, just do the work.

She gives tons of busy work. She's nice but no other CIS professor gives as much homework as she does. I seriously think she really believes she is the only class her students have. Prepared to spend hours a week on her assignments. Nice, but I would not take this class if you have other hard classes at the same time bc u won't have time for it all

Michelle did a really great job with the class. She has a bunch of extra credit opportunities and she lets you leave early if you finish everything. It is best to be in class because she gives a lot of tips. The myitlab work that she makes you do sucks and there is a bunch of easy homework but she makes up for it with extra credit! EASY EASY EASY!!

I took CIS 101 as an online class and was very happy with my decision. I knew a little bit about computers and Windows before I started, which really helped, but the instructions were very clear! I would definatly recommend taking this as an online class because you can do everything at your convience and at your own speed!

It was an online class. I did all the work, but when I was snowed in at an airport for days, and missed a test, she refused to help. She is not a bad teacher, but has very specific requests. I took this online, and if you don't check email everyday, you will miss something important. It is an easy class but you have to be dedicated to it.
