RON COLE is the man, hands down. Love him. His classes are straightforward and he will tell you exactly what will be on his tests. Little to no homework, maybe a take home exam or two. Slides can be boring but hes a funny guy so it could be worse. Brings in food, which is an obvious reason to take his classes. Like I said, he's the man.

This man is one of the smartest people i know. I have learned so much from him. He is such an old school guy and his old school methods really make his class interesting. I will go at all costs to take his classes. One of the best professors for the HRIM department. If you can take his class its something you won't regret.

Dr Cole is an amazing professor; he creates a pleasant atmosphere in the classroom, uses all kind of metaphors and examples to explain the lessons. The class is not a piece of cake; you cannot guarantee an A if you rely only on what is said in class. Read the book; watch online A&P videos. you are in good hands if yougot him. LOL CHRF

The class only met once and week and barely any work besides an essay on our goals and a really easy group project. His tests are pretty hard but he's a really easy grader, so even if you don't know the answer, he'll prob give you some points for trying. Ron's a really cool guy who is obviously passionate about what he does

nice guy. he expects you to know a lot already, which i didn't. however, he grades very very easy, so don't worry if you didn't know answers on a test. i did learn in his class, but it wasn't my favorite. i recommend printing out the slides ahead of time.

(201,218) Ron Cole is amazing. With Food Princ.(201) there were a lot more notes than with Bev Mgt (218). But with Bev Mgt he goes way more into the world of bev mgt than just wine than a certain Dr. Nelson did. I'll have him next semester for HRIM321 and I cant wait.

Real cool guy. Comes to class sometimes in shorts and a Hawaiian shirt. Loves food and how it's made. Likes saying, "Not gonna lie to ya" and "I'm gonna be honest with you." Overall, great class. Study for tests! Not hard so long as you study. You learn a lot, and the lab portion is really fun too with Deb Ellingsworth. Take this class.

He is great... I dreaded going to this class cause it was once a week from 4-7 and I already had two classes before that, but he also had class all day so we were never in class past 5:30 or 6 lol. Tests are easy eventhough its a law class. Ended up with an easy B+ and if I tried a little more could have got an A. Not hard at all

Good teacher. Doesnt take attendance. If your outspoken and he likes you, it will only help you. He emails all of the notes to you and exams are pretty straigtforward.
