He is a very nice & soft spoken guy. Teaching style is best described as "teaching the class by reading from the book". Will offer very little information outside of scripted lectures & during labs often does not know how to answer questions from the lab manual. I would not recommend this guy. CNA program will succeed with a better teacher.
