Dr. Brauner is an amazing person, professor, and is a real joy to be around. She loves her job and is extremely knowledgeable. Working and learning from her is a blessing. If you have the chance to work or take a class with Dr. Brauner, DO IT!

Professor Brauner is one of the most dedicated and caring professors I have ever had. You can tell she really loves the subject, and she tries to make it interesting. There are 3 tests and a few easy homeworks.

She is one of the most understanding , generous, kind, caring. shes just the best professor ever. she Excepts every student for who she or he is. Wonderful communicator shes overall 10/10 lectures are clear to the point, very entertaining you'll learn so much you'll see a lot of things different. she loves what she does and it shows i love her.

She is a nice person. Thats where it ends though. The design of the course is incredibly heavy. There is way to much to do in the amount of time allotted. There are just to many assignments. The course has to be reorganized and things must be cut out. 4 academic maps, presentation, final paper AND final exam. Way too much. Her grading is to harsh!!

Professor Brauner is the true definition of a professor. She is truly what a teacher should be. Really roots for students and wants everyone to do well. Clear with the information being taught. Caring and motivating. Makes class interesting. Relates material to the real world. Always available for students. She is what all professors should be.

Very rude professor & I honestly believe she fails students so they have to take course over and get more money for the school (trap teacher). For her papers you'll get a C if it's longer than a page even if a sentence is on the back. Her test questions are extremely vague , u can study for days and still fail! AVOID HER AT ALL COSTS

What a WONDERFUL professor. She is so knowledgeable in cultural psychology and she makes everyone in the class interested in the topic as well. She is so kind, always explains assignments in great detail and is very understanding. 2 exams 1 final 2 assignments you'll get an A on. Her final has a ton of questions from the last exams.

She doesn't grade too hard. In fact she didn't give grades of lower than a B for the 2 assignments. The first exam is easy. The second exam is tougher(because she will ask about the results of nearly every study the book brings up for those chapters. The final is a brutal cumulative 100 question killer. FYI the final is worth 30% of the grade.

As a person she's sweet and kind. HOWEVER!she gives the worst exams ever. The final had 100 questions plus short answers and all cumulative.That classed stressed me out, and I wished i never took it. Avoid her class. She's great in class, but horrible with her exams. HORRIBLE!!

Prof Brauner is the most helpful professor I've had at BC. She's really nice and will do anything to help you get an A. The there are 3 tests plus a final and they aren't really that hard. She even gives extra credit qs on the tests.If you study the notes and the textbook website, you wont even need to read the chapters. Def take her!

Comment:

Class was interesting. Tests are not hard, but be sure to study. She gives three test and a final, doesn't drop the lowest grade. Uses PowerPoint and she has a lot of extra help online for you if you need, even her slides are online for print.
