She is a great professor. She know exactly what shes talking about and is pretty well organized. Shes monotoned when she lectures but that isnt her fault. She provides clear expectation and if you do the work you will get a Good grade. Dont miss class!!!

Dr. Unger does the lab portion of 2040, she was one of the two professors that actually helped their class. She answers and helps you with anything you need in class. This course itself is very reading material heavy because you are doing your own research along with reading the textbook Dr. B is writing. She was the best lab professor for 2040.

Very interesting material but wasn't with her. I learned a lot from reading the ppts when studying for exams. There is a lot of information so study HARD. Very tough grader when it comes to papers so tell someone to proof read if you suck at writing. Exams and papers due the same day as other classes so sucks if u have her for a diff class.

She is a nice woman, but lecture heavy and super boring. Attendance is mandatory, but you'll never want to go. Tests and quizzes are hard, make sure you study a lot for them. Don't buy the book!! Don't take her if other professors are available, but if you have to it won't be so bad.

I had Professor Unger for her first her forensic psychology course. She did a decent job at keeping the lectures interesting. Just make sure you pay attention. Reading from the textbook is helpful too. Note: the class size was large and Professor Unger is disabled so I can see that it may be difficult to hear/understand her from the back.

Everyone who is complaining about her here are students who didn't do the minimum level of work. Dr. Unger is a great professor who clearly cares for her students. I had her Research Lab, and Psych Measurements. Her class did the best out of all the classes by far. We were the most prepared, as shown by our class grades on tests and term papers

Dr. Unger is great! She notices attendance and effort so come to class on time and ask questions! Tough grader but is flexible and willing to help. Lectures and explanations are always thorough and informative, so be prepared to take notes and work for your grade. Not impossible to do well!

NO CLEAR GRADING CRITERIA! Dr. Unger is reckless. She is known to deduct points for no reason and then say "Oops" upon confrontation. She spits while she is talking to you, and finds ways to penalize you if she does not like you as a person. Will not approx. your grade to nearest whole if it ends in .89. Her class had the lowest overall grades.

If you have this TA I beg of you to stay away! She is someone who only views things her way, she isn't helpful, and is actually quite annoying, and irritating, I hated going to class because I just did not want to be in the same room as she was. I never actually learned anything in the class, and she ruined my GPA with a C. Thanks.

Terrible professor with arbitrary subjective grading that she cannot defend. Dry material. No curve. Ruined my 4.0 and gave me a B+. Take it with somebody else unless you are great at memorizing powerpoint slides with paragraphs of technical material on them...

Had her for research methods lab. She really cares about each student and takes the time to make sure each student is on the right page and is not falling behind. She is very considerate and will understand if you need any extension. She may be unclear at sometimes due to her disability but when you talk to her one on one she will be very clear.

Dr. Unger is the best, this is the second lab I've had her for and she is even more helpful in this one. Gives you detailed feedback on your work and stays later if you have questions and always will repeat any concepts that are confusing. She's funny and very enthusiastic, knowledgeable and fun. You need to go to lab and ask questions. Take her!!!

Dr. Unger was awesome. So nice and smart. She wants the class to do well and gives us 10 assignments, offers tons of help, only keeps us for about an hour, great communication. She will repeat whatever you don't get 100x and she really knows her stuff. I stayed for the full lab everytime so I finished the assignments quick and got to know her well.

Avoid Her! you and your GPA wont regret it. She is hard to understand at times due to a speech problem. Her tests may seem easy but when it comes to the term paper, forget it. She will show no mercy and does not even tell you how she wants your paper to be. You can do the greatest paper in the world, but she couldnt care less..you will still fail

Gives misleading criteria for final paper. Grades according to who she agrees with, not who makes the most sound argument. I suggest you take this class with another professor

Very nice lady. She's kind of boring because every class is basically the same- sit and watch a powerpoint presentation. But she respects students and genuinely cares about our progress.
