I really enjoyed this class! Dr. Stephenson teaches through traditional lectures mixed with video clips, and his classes are always interesting. His class made my decision to continue with an economics major! Highly recommend.

Dr. Stephenson does his best to make the class as interesting as possible. He is very clear and easily accessible for help. With a moderate amount of studying, an A is easily obtainable. His class has a relaxed atmosphere. Overall, Dr. Stephenson is passionate about his job and is one of the best professors at Berry.

Comment:

I came into ECO 210 from taking Dr. Yeoh for ECO 110. She is a very tough and organized professor. Dr. Stephenson is nothing like her. He is slightly easier. You will NOT need to use your book. Listen to ALL of his lectures, take notes, and study those-That is what will be on the quizzes and tests. If you study, an A is manageable!

He is a great teacher for Economics. His 210 class can be challenging at times but it is not a gen ed so that's okay. The only really frustrating part of his class was the homework. Sometimes it is extremely vague and he does not teach the material well enough before giving homework on it.

He is a great guy and really loves econ. he is willing to help students any time they need it and will work with you if you miss a test. poor guy is boring as can be but its hard to keep alot of people caring about econ if they dont love it to begin with

Boring subject, but pretty easy class. Not a lot of studying is required, and DO NOT purchase the book... he keeps it on reserve in the library, and it's not required to read. If you're looking to get a gen. ed out of the way, I'd recommend it... it's an easy A.

Really no need to buy the book. Do the homework and you'll do fine on the tests (plus some of them count towards your grade). He's boring and he has a staring problem (don't wear a low-cut shirt), but not too bad. Easy enough.

Very nice man, enjoys what he does, sarcastic and dry humor help along the class. Paying attention in class and DOING THE HOMEWORK are the most important things you can do. No need to read the book, except for clearing up questions.

Pretty easy class. He's a good teacher, though i don't like the out of class movies we had to watch. This is an intro class I remind you. Funny guy, pretty easy grader. Just pay atention during class, and do the homework, and you'll be good to go.
