Good prof. Short classes. A little deaf but to wain to admit it. I only got 1 B on a paper from him, the rest were As. Show up, talk to him, do the work (good or not) & he's an easy A. I'd take him again.

I was sick a week prior to handing in an essay (Confined-to-room sick). I told him via email, to which he responded saying "You're a class behind now". I'm fine with that, but he deducted me a letter grade from my essay because it was in late. I confronted him about it, he told me "A late paper is a late paper".

prof malerba is really good for extra help. he is available most times to help a student and he's willing to help a person one on one with an essay. he is an overall good professor

He tells you at the beginning that if you ever need his help, he'll help you...LIE!! Also, if you have to take him, when he gives you extra credit assignments, there not actually extra credit, they're mandatory, I found out the hard way and he wouldn't do anything to help me out

I think his opinions get in the way of his grading. I feel I was penalized for my opinions in my persuasive paper. He gave me a C, claiming I never handed in a paper, I confronted him, he changed my grade to A-, I really only had a B..doesn't know what he'

This man loves talking about himself. He rambles on for 20 minutes about absolutely nothing and than gives you an assignment. He grades somewhat hard, but gives you a decent amount of time to do the work. He will also fill your mailbox up with pointless emails. Good luck!

Horrible teacher. Makes inappropriate comments and sarcastic remarks to his students. VERY hard grader. Only good things are you usually get out early and if you fall asleep, he repeats himself about a million times. STAY AWAY! If you have him an an advisor, declare your major fast!

He was very helpful with the process of the research paper. He was a little boring sometimes in class, but nonetheless he let the class go early a few times.
