Comment:

Anatomy is never going to be easy, but this was by a mile the most difficult class of my university career. Not all his fault: This class should have been split into two for the amount of work involved. Flipside: He was very accessible, answered emails 5 mins after I sent them, and very intelligent. Also a nice guy to chat with and does care.

Fail rate is probably 50-60% of the class. Expects way too much from students... Not clear, NOT funny, reads off his slides.. seems awesome until you write the midterm... dread the final ladies and gents... take online or english, TRUST ME!!!!!!!

Very thorough on subject matter. Lenient in testing and grading. Must take careful notes and avoid falling asleep in order to succeed. Tests often on info communicated verbally rather than on his slideshows. Final project graded on comparison scale based on elements of a presentation available to students prior to presenting. All around good class.

Questions on exams are completely random and not relevant. He's terrible at lesson plans and staying on topic while teaching. Very boring. A teacher's pet kind of prof. Grades by comparing your work to others' work instead of evaluating individual effort. Dont ever take a class with him.

I seriously don't understand how anyone could have anything negative to say about M. Leduc. He is SO clear, funny, organised, very approachable and helpful. On top of that he is so passionate about microbiology, which makes it that much more interesting. My favorite LU prof by far.

A good natured man, however very uninteresting to listen to. Midterm was fair but the final was the most brutal exam I have ever written. All the questions were structured in ways that we were not presented with throughout the course. I was once told a that his exam was harder than that marial on the MCAT...I now believe it. Labs were quite easy

He is a very nice man, jokes around a lot . Lectures will seem very easy , but his midterm and final are extremely hard N twisted . He is a hard marker. He will test on little points mentioned in the class ,hard labs, not related to his class.I was not happy with the TAS , they are least helpful.overall a good class, only wish the exams were easier

Very hard marker. Exams and labs are not fair - unclear about he wants and asks random questions. Lectures are interesting, however you are not tested on the main points. Pay attention to the little things he says in class.

Very intelligent man, however I couldnt help but feel he didn't like me. Makes you feel like crap if you aren't a "teacher's pet" kind of person. Tests focus on unimportant small facts (that may be mentioned as a side-note once), and less on key concepts. Also, as an academic advisor he isn't very insightful, however he is sufficient. He IS fair in grading..

He's an amazing academic advisor. Both outside and inside the class he has an awesome personality. He gives clear and well paced lectures. Although he may have gone easier than how he's notoriously been in other years (really hard), it was a bit challenging, so study and study hard. Do your work and you'll be good.

He is one of the best and funniest teachers at LU. However, his tests are insanely hard. He is also my academic advisor and he is extremely helpful. He answers e-mails like 5 minutes after you send them. I just wish his tests weren't so tricky!

VERY HARD TESTER, EXTREMELY DIFFICULT TO ARTICULATE his thoughts. Very approachable, and helpful when asking for help... pleasant in class, just likes to trick you on exams.. etc.. Not a very fair way of marking.

He is the worst teacher I've ever had. I've really never seen a professor want to fail his students so badly by tricking them. His exams are ridiculous and he FAVOURS the FRENCH STUDENTS!!
