Very good professor and funny also! The classes were always fun to attend because he made the material easy to learn and he explained the material using stories and examples, which made it not boring.

He's a fun prof. Always tells stories about his personal experience but kind of links it to the theory... His lectures are not heavy & he sometimes even let us go very early... The midterm and final were fair but I feel like there is some material that is exclusive to the lectures and that isn't in the textbook so it's important to attend class!

Lazar is an awesome teacher, easy grader and gives a lot of details regarding mid terms and finals, Every day he gives the class a pop question and the only purpose of those are to help you incase you lack somewhere else. Interesting lectures, you must be present in classes to get all the details you need for the exams

Comment:

This teacher is a great human being, with really fun stories about his lawyer career. However, this was not really an administration class, it focused on the legal aspect of businesses, and overall the course was convoluted. Lectures, textbook and materials do not cover the same topics, it's all different, so you'll be left wondering what to study.

Helpful and available for students. Have pretty good stories and anecdote. Sometimes the course is too reliant to business laws and exams do have tricky question about it. The "Business Material" document is a bit intricate to read for an intro course but you can manage to get through it. His lectures are sometimes long and speaks quietly

Classes can get a little long and boring but if you pay a little attention and re say what he said for your exams you'll get an easy A. Lowest grade in my class was a B-. Interesting stories but class in general is boring. EASY CLASS.

You can memorize the entire book and still not be able to answer the exam's question. You'll be asked to do things in the final that he never covered in class. Lastly, takes forever to correct your essay. If you're still planning on taking the class, make sure you focus on the how to make a balance sheet and an income statement.

AMAZING teacher. Very relaxed, this helps students focus instead of feeling overwhelmed. His lawyer stories are relevant to what he's teaching and are often very funny. He never missed a class. The paper was actually fun if you have a favorite company. He tells you what pages to focus on for the final. Must pay attention in class. Participate

The classes are useless and the book is helpful when studying for exams. He does not mark generously as mentioned in other comments, few students got in the A range. It requires time, dedication and effort but worth a try. Choose this course if desperate for credits, not intended for those who wish to learn something, as they will be disappointed.
