Comment:

She outlined our assignments very clearly at the beginning of the semester and made sure to remind us periodically when our essays were due. She let me resubmit assignments if I didn't get the answers 100% right and gave me a chance to hand in better work to get a better grade. She was very helpful.

Sweetheart! She laughs at everything and makes corney jokes but overall it makes the class more interesting. If you take her you will love her. She is extremely understanding.. I loved her class

She is such a pleasant person! You have to work hard (and she will push you) so do not take her class if you are not going to take it seriously. She always tried her best to engage students in her lectures and accepted everybody's answers.

One of the few profs at St.Joes who will actually push you--not only to be a better writer, but to pretty much THINK...Dedicated is too weak a word to describe her; she may seem tough but she's actually spending her own time to make you a better student. She loves her specialty (Med. Lit.) but is fluent in many other areas. BK loves Jennings!!

Comment:

She laughs throughout the whole class-no matter what is happening. Even while explaing why you did poorly she laughs! Her essays have NOTHING! to do with the readings in class. She has her own way of writing papers that goes aganist any other form of writing I've ever been taught. AVOID THIS CLASS!

shakespeare was a wonderful class hard to read da works but Prof Jennings was extrememly helpful wonderful teacher and person loovveeddd the class great experience overall her papers were challenaging but overall great!=)

Finding a professor as intelligent & passionate for the material as Dr. Jennings is would be hard to find. She's so helpful as far as writing papers and she is a wealth of knowledge. I will always remember her class.

The texts that we had to read were confusing at times, but when she explained them, they were much more enjoyable. Even though she is a tough grader, she is a reasonable person who will give you help if you need it.

Comment:

She's a tough grader, but always gives you the chance to improve your work before a final mark. She is really smart and knows a great deal about the material. Made classical lit very understandable and sometimes enjoyable. :-)
