Comment:

Very disrespectful and hard to understand during lectures. The Lectures are so slow and boring and he gets lost often when he's teaching. He will say the tests are based on homework but sometimes there are questions completely unrelated. In an online format, he does not give enough time and is rude when you question it.

Comment:

Not very good at explaining things, and would get lost in the middle of his problems. I also had a student with needs that was disrespectful, so that might skew my rating a bit for difficulty, but overall with that factor it was still a tough course and he gave no solid review.

He is a good professor. He teaches his lessons very clear, and goes pretty slow. If you have questions he will make sure you understand them. About 5 quizzes worth 10 points and a few tests and one final. Tests are easy because he gives you review sheets and uses similar questions. Has an accent but is easy to understand.

I am retaking this class currently and thanks to him I actually understand the material. There are only 3 tests and 6 or 7 quizzes, he drops the lowest quiz. He collects hw about 3 times per semester. He is very good at explaining the material and is passionate about what he teaches. He also walks around to make sure you understand the material

He is very clear and concise. He teaches slowly and it was easy to understand him. I took calculus in high school and failed, but when i took his class, I got an A. if you do the homework every night (only a few questions usually) and ask questions you'll be fine.

he is very very hard to understand. most times when he does a problem, he will get confused by what he did and have to stop and see what he did wrong. i did not find him helpful at all. try to get a different teacher if possible.

I agree with comments below, he's doesnt get straight to point and is all over the place. Tests are hard, I realllllly recommend going to CADE every chance you get if you are taking calc with him, thats the only way i understood anything

Nice guy but is a little too smart for his own good/to be teaching this class. Unless you are really good as calculus it's very difficult to get an A. His accent is a little hard to understand at times as well, but all in all not a bad class.

This was the worst class I have ever taken. I went to his office hours all the time and he would never explain anything to me and argue with me about what I was and was not understanding. He was not a fair grader with me and he had something against me. I will never take another class with him. Some like him, I personally think he is the worst prof

Horrible insensitive professor! Failed me by one point and I had to retake the entire class. Visited his office hours weekly even though he was very unhelpful and he still refused to give me extra credit! Could care less whether his students pass or not. As a result most of the class failed! NEVER TAKE A CLASS WITH HIM!!!!

Worst teacher for calc ever. Not allowed to use a calculator the whole semester but for the final your allowed to use a calculator but he gives you no warning!! make sure you bring a calculator to the final!!! goodluck!!

He is a terrible professor!!! In order to do well on his test's and quizes I had to read the text book for each section, take my own notes, and do every homework problem. I also attended every single class. Avoide his classes at all costs!!!

He is not the best calc teacher like other people are saying...he sucks..he is all over the place with his teaching. He makes alot of mistakes and teaches cacl 1 the roundabout away instead of getting straight to the point. I regret believing the positive comments i saw on here...i hear his wife is much better

I really like this professor. I had him for Calc I, II and III. He is really nice and will help you if you approach him. He does make errors, but like other people said, I think he does it to keep you on your toes and to see if you are paying attention. I recommend him and hope I can take more classes with him in the future.

Great Teacher... Takes a week or two to get used to his teaching methods but he is by far the best Calculus teacher on campus! Give you review sheets for the test, and the review sheet is exactly like the test... quizzes are easy. he is friendly and approachable, always willing to help. Great Teacher.
