Dr. Daly is one of the nicest professors I've had, and extremely helpful. AMS1A/B requires a ton of reading, but it is mostly interesting and Daly helps relate the material to you. Wonderful professor, one of the best. Class is mandatory to keep up with the reading + quizzes.

I really like professor Daly. She's very helpful when you need clarity, and she is great at asking if anyone has questions to make sure the class is following along. Make sure to go to the office hours. A TON OF READING. Try to read everything.

I absolutely love Prof. Daly. She's one of the only professors I've had who genuinely enjoys seeing her students succeed. There's a lot of reading required in this class, but I'd say it's a fair amount considering the fact that it's a 6-unit course. She grades on what I believe to be a generous curve (curve = second highest exam score). Take her!

she is great and friendly and approachable! can be boring but if you listen, read, talk in class and say what she wants to hear you will do good! the only bad thing is she takes forever to return papers and tends to grade kind of hard, but she is always willing to help you in office hours if you need it

If you do all of the required reading and come to class you should be fine. Daly is extremely helpful. If you don't understand something go to her office hours; she's really easy to talk to! Try not to disagree with her too much in class though, she doesn't like contradicting opinions that much. All in all I loved her class, and I learned a lot!

this teacher really works with you she'll grade the first paper hard and then get easier. Go to class it makes thing easier and you watch some crazy films. There is a lot of reading and she can tell if you hadn't read. She quizzes on all the reading until the very end when she even gets bored with it.

shes relly nice and very helpful. going to class is necessary as the lectures dont relate to the reading material much. both lectures and readings are needed for the midterms and final. lectures are extremely important. shes cool in that she likes to interact with the students, she joked around with us alot but still kept on task

Dr. Daly is the most AWESOME professor. Her grading is so fair and she is easy too out of the other two (Cullen & Burkom).I had Cullen last semester and he grades very hard because he's an engl prof. Highly recommend to take it with Daly if you're planning to take AMS with this team. GREAT professor.

Cool and nice professor. Her grading is easiest out of her, Burkom, & Cullen. For an A, take good notes in lect.(combine w/ others)& readings. Doing this, I've been keeping up A's in AMS 1A&1B (I had Cullen for 1A which i think is the hardest). Burkom=not hard but boring, passes every1(bro's advise)

Well I had to work hard for the A, but I believe she is a fair grader. Her seminars were informative, and I enjoyed attending. Be prepared for a ton of reading, though that's not really her fault. I would take her again.
