If you DON'T have a life and have a lot of extra time/energy to waste on ONE class-take her. If you DO have a life and dont have a lot of time/energy to waste on ONE class-DONT TAKE HER. Its not worth the stress. Trust me. I re-took the class in summer school from Jaspers and made a 98%.

She grades the even problems because the odd answers are in the back of the book and most students in the class just copy the answers. Homework is collected after the section has been covered in class. If you need help, all you have to do is go to her office. Of course she counts wrong answers wrong! Quit complaining and do what you have to do.

HORRIBLE! WORST PROFESSOR I HAVE EVER HAD!!! Her knowledge of material doesn't make up for the fact that she is unnecessarily difficult and does not care about the students she teaches. She has absolutely NO COMPASSION. She should not be a professor! Her tests are TOO HARD, she over-explains things that dont need it/ under-explains things that do!

HORRIBLE! She made elementary math the hardest math class I have evr taken. She know the material, but OVER EXPLAINED things to the point where we often ran out of time and had to rush learning other IMPORTANT things. Some material on her tests are not thoroughly covered in class. She has no compassion. She takes off points for every little thing!

She gives good notes that outline the book, her office is open if you ever need help, and she also uses MathXL which is VERY helpful. If you practice the things you dont understand and/or ask her for help you will get a good grade in the class. I didnt have to do this and i got an A by taking notes and taking advantage of MathXL.

She is hard. The best thing to do is just study and dont be afriad to ask questions. Attending class is mandatory for a good grade. If you want a challenge take her. I had her my Freshman year, and I was stressed out the entitr semester, but I look back and I trusted her with my education and I am taking her again over someone else.

Two-hour long classes can be boring and tedious, but overall the lessons are clear and pretty easy. If you have questions, just ask her and you'll realize that the answer is usually easy. She's nice, helpful, and willing to sit by and go through all of your homework with you if you don't understand it.
