Absolutely wonderful! His personality is so charming and wonderful. He makes even the most difficult types of sociology interesting and will go with you at your own pace. Don't be afraid to make use of office hours and ask clarifying questions. He will always help.

I loved my first class with Navid. He's very insightful and willing to go the extra yard to help you understand material that you don't quite grasp. All-around, he's a great professor - plus, he has an amusing sense of humor, and, yes, he is hot.

very informal- great learning atmosphere. Has an accent so hard to understand at first but you get used to it. Very interactive learning style & makes you feel very comfortable. He's also pretty hot so it may be hard to concentrate... but for me it made me more interested & enthusiastic to do my homework. I look forward to class every day ;)
