Prof. Roach is very friendly and enthusiastic about the material. Exams are very tough, as they make you think about the material in ways you probably haven't previously. She is very helpful and happy to talk at office hours. Very interesting class.

Professor Roach is fabulous! She is so passionate about the subject and really tries to make it clear and interesting for everyone. Extremely approachable and nice lady. These other review on here are ridiculous - she is the best!

nice lady. can almost never answer questions posed in lecture. likes to repeat herself for clarity in class... which would be great if she didnt mistakenly say it wrong, get flustered, and move over it quickly before the whole class becomes confused/annoyed. total point nazi on tests.

Great, smart and dedicated woman. Does great things for the Universtiy outside of teaching, although she is a bit socially inept at times.
