this is by far one of the worst professors at CCSU. he doesnt even teach the class or use examples. he pretty much lectures math which is why everybody either dropped or failed the class. oh and he grades the homework so hard. even if the hw questions are only 6 he will still grade it out of 100. impossible to passs.

How do you rate a professor where half the class drops, and half of those that remain fails? You can tell he was a great instructor at one point. But, that point has passed. Just approach the class as if it was self taught and you'll be fine.

Snoozefest. I took this class Sat mornings, maybe that's why. Teacher just reads from the book and throws in a couple personal stories now and then. Open book/notes tests but you still have to know what you're talking about otherwise it'll take a long time to complete. Nice guy but not too exciting.

Open everything for tests! Can be boring at times to listen to, but works at Hamilton as a statistician so he will skip over irrelevant information to real world applications.

This was by far one of the worst professors I've ever had, he doesn't even teach, he does parts of random examples. About half the class has to retake state 201 because nobody understood this guy at all. We finished the entire book while other classes were part way through. I would definatly NOT recomend this guy! Look elsewhere!

Boring class/professor, BUT tests were open book/notes which is a major plus! BE SURE to stop him and have him explain something if he goes too fast or you don't understand. More than willing to help and a genuinely nice guy too. Highly recommend to get stat 215 over with and get a decent grade.

Very boring professor. He lacked the techniques of a qualified teacher. I did not learn much.

A very nice guy with Stats on the brain! Can get pretty boring but let out a little early. No homework that HAS to be done, just recommended...open book/notes. A little hard to keep up sometimes but im sure he'll help you out.

This guy is great, he's a statistician by day so he's teaching from experience. Very understanding, tests open book/notebook but it is an evening class. Recommended.
