Professor Jordan is such a nice, genuine guy. He's probably the most organized teacher you're gonna get at NYU- spelled out syllabus, spit-back info from the textbook, lab, and lectures. Explains everything in a very easy manner. 2 midterms, labs - 20%, homework (mc), final, in-class exercises (5%). Tons of office hours- highly recommend!!!

He was a really chill dude and always looked for ways to make class fun. He knew what he was talking about too, and it felt like he went out of his way to give everyone the best learning experience. Really appreciate all the effort he put into that class.

Prof. Jordan is very caring and gives helpful advice. He is also generous in grading as long as you meet the requirements. The class is definitely one of the easiest First-Year Seminar courses.

He's the best professor I have for my first year in college. He gives good feedbacks on the papers and really pushes you to think and discuss on class. Trust me, you'll definitely like him if you take his courses.

Prof. Jordan is one of the best professors you can find. He's caring, knowledgeable and tries to make classes interesting. I had him for both Physical and Life Science, which I wanted to get out of the way quickly. The only downside is that the textbook and course materials are pretty expensive even when discounted.

Professor Jordan is extremely nice. He requires you to read two books and write four papers. Two of the papers are personal so they're not too hard. Classes can get a little monotonous but he will always come up with interesting themes and topics. Great course to understand what the point of college is and how to take advantage and enjoy.

This class was extremely boring, but extremely easy. The essays were a killer. Professor Jordan is the best. He gives excellent career advice. If you want an easy freshman seminar, pick his class.

Trace's class is one of my favorites at NYU. It is clear that he cares about his students and really wants them to succeed. Molecules of life was a great course for me because of its coverage of chemistry, bio and medicine, as opposed to going in depth about one. Its awesome to learn about science in my life. Do the readings and you'll do great!

Trace Jordan is one of the best professors I've had at NYU. He makes lectures interesting and tries to make in-class activities fun. The midterms and final are all based on the review sheets(study questions) he posts. As long as you do those and review before the tests, you will be fine. Highly recommend him if you need to get the core science done

Prof Jordan is a really nice and caring prof. However, the TA's will take off points for the most particular things (like not writing the section number on an essay), which makes it hard to get an A in the class (considering the 95 for an A cutoff). This class is NOT an easy A. Attendance is basically mandatory b/c of in class activities.

You think it's easy and all, but it isn't at all. The two midterms aren't bad, but the final is pretty much impossible. Not going to lie though, Prof. Jordan is a really cool guy. I would take this class again, just wished I worked harder the first time. Attendance is mandatory as there are classwork assignments that need to be handed in.

Run. Run while you can. This class is fine and fairly 'easy' - depending what you think easy is. It's a ton of work, and if you get lucky and have a great TA like I did, they'll take off points on labs and tests simply for breathing. If you want an 'easy' A, take something else.

This class would have been great if I were remotely interested in the topic. Lots of work (textbook reading, homework) but the work prepares you if you do it thoroughly and pay attention in lectures (I did not, because I found the course material boring). I felt like there was some busy work, but it helps your grade. Fine if you put in the effort.

He's really nice and friendly, and gives you everything you need to succeed. I didn't do as well, because I didn't pay enough attention in class. If you do his study questions, and read his textbook, you should do well in his class. It's not hard, but it is a lot of work.

Molecules of Life was a fairly easy class. The only difficult things about it was that a 95% or higher was needed for an A, and at some point you have to write a 3 page, single-spaced essay on a stupid topic that can be summed up with one page. The tests are long, but they are easy if you do the review guide. Overall, the class was very easy.

Homeworks, quizzes and exams aren't that bad; so long as you do the study guide's it's an easy A. Professor Bromley really cares about his students. I asked him during the exam about a question I didn't understand, and he didn't leave me until he felt like I completely understood it. Now that is a professor worth taking.
