Comment:

I took Women and Madness with Tricia Waters. She was very passionate about the subject and the class changed my perspective. I thought the class was heavy emotionally to the point that it was difficult to manage. I had major emotional distress from the class. Tricia, however, did her best to unpack it.

Tricia is very disorganized and her lectures were not well prepared. In fact, many days we were left to summarize the readings ourselves for each other in class while she went off to grade our tests or papers which I found very ineffective.

Tricia's classes are not easy. However, she is an excellent teacher and presents the material extremely well. She is passionate, empathetic, and considerate, and definitely challenges her students to rise to the occasion.

Very intelligent and very easy to follow. She will overload you with assignments, but you will find time to finish them. Lots of work outside of class, but Tricia keeps class discussion painless and interesting.
