Alexandra was an awesome teacher! I had her years ago and I really enjoyed her class. She is not easy, you really have to work for your grade and she is always willing to help. She made me a better student and made me excel in english.I miss her and am sad to know she is no longer at CCSF. I wish her well!

I had Alexandra years ago, and by far she was one of the best english teachers I ever had! She was engaging and loved to talk. I really enjoyed her class and am sad to know she no longer teaches at CCSF! I miss her and wish her well!Last I heard she is teaching in Idaho. But where ever she is "Thanks for being an awesome teacher!" She's cute too!

Even though I haven't had a chance to take Alexandra's class, after having one semester of one-on-one tutoring help from her, I can tell she is a very helpful, intelligent, and kind professor. Without her help, I would have failed my English 93 class. I hope I will have a chance to be her student in the future!

Great teacher, tough grader, and all around awesome person! She gave me the first C I ever got at CCSF, but it made me work harder to improve. She's extremely fair and helpful, she really wants you to do the best that you can! She is willing to work with you and really helped me out. Best teacher I've had!

I agree with the comments miss Teague is the best english teacher I ever had. she?s fun & outgoing & you?re going to learn a lot from her. she?s going to make you the best writer you?re going to be. if you want to be a better writer take her class and you?ll love it! if you?re lazy you?ll hate it.

1B is not exactly everyone?s favourite class! Alexandra is as tough as anyone else in that dept. but she makes it REALLY EASY to want to come to class! She writes you long detailed remarks about your essay --what was good, what was bad, etc. it IS labour intensive, but that?s how 1B is!

She is a fab instructor. She's tough, but you will grow and learn so much throughout the semester. She is a fair grader, even though her expectations are high. She has a passion for Eng that transfers to the students. The subjects are interesting, and the class discussions are also very relevant and meaningful. Take her!

Genuinely want to help students succeed.Respond fast to email questions. Spends time to write thorough critiques on our papers. Essay topics are broad, cuz she wants you to learn to find your own focus on a topic. She's TOUGH,(cuz I hate English), but do give out A's. Just have to work very hard: go to all classes, participate during discussions.

wow... definitely the best english teacher I've ever had... If your goal is to LEARN and ur willing to give the effort, she is the BEST teacher for you.. extremely helpful and she knows what she's doing. Class discussions are always so interesting... Ms.Teague is a wonderful professor, i haven't learnt as much in my previous English classes as in my English 1B class. She is always willing to help if you have any questions. This is the best class for those who want to improve writing skills. Has is been hard? Yes. Do I regret taking it? NO. Do I recomend it? Absolutely! Good luck!

SHE IS HARD. just when you think you did good on an essay, you get it back and its a low grade. I don't even know how hard you have to work, because no matter what I did I never not even a B on any essay. I think she expects you to already know most of the work. The essay prompts are confusing and she asks u to write complicated papers. :(
