Comment:

Prof. Galindo made my last semester of Spanish a pleasantly simple one. There is a lot of online homework each week to get you familiar with the material and a quiz about every other week on a chapter or two. Projects and assignments were explained well and were fairly simple to complete. I definitely recommend this professor.

The Professor was very helpful and flexible all semester. Lots of work on My Spanish Lab and presentations and writing on webcourses. Test and quizzes were easy. Will take her during the summer for 1121.

Professor does not respond to e-mails in time. Assignments from the FIRST WEEK of class were not graded until after the midterm. Everything is on myspanishlab so what is the point of the class at all, it's literally teaching yourself. Quizzes and exams are hard but not unreasonable. Disorganized use of Webcourses.

Not only is the class poorly structured (nearly everything is on an expensive website that is very annoying) but this professor is rude and has literally no idea how to use Webcourses. Assignments don't have clear due dates and she is very rude when you ask for help. I think the whole Spanish program stinks but she's really bad.

Terrible class structure. Basic spanish course, but she expects you to be fluent right off the bat. Much worse than my awesome Spanish I teacher. I expect this semester to be incredibly difficult... Yay.

Fantastic professor. Makes difficult grammar seem simple and is extremely lenient on grades/classwork. She never took grades for our homework assignments - I never did them and didn't buy the book. Online portion is simple and all tests/quizzes are on there!

La professora es muy bueno. She knows her stuff. I got an A in her class. Before I took her class, I knew only basic Spanish I learned from my Spanish friends. Now I know how to write and speak the language in the present tense. Learning past tense next semester. Love coming to her class! I wish all professors were like her.

She was probably my favorite teacher i had the semester i took her. She is nice and she really wants her students to learn the Spanish language. She is passionate about her job. Attendance is mandatory and so is bringing the book to class, but it isn't a problem because she makes you want to go to class because its interesting. I recommend her.

She is one of my favorite professors ever! No one has gone out of her way more so that students can grasp and understand the language completely. If you do your work and don't just sit there, you'll be fine. Study hard though, and don't be afraid to ask for help. She's there for you. Take her for both SPN1120 and SPN1121, the transition is smoother

What a wonderful professor! She is so nice, understanding, & helpful. My fav class this semester by far. You MUST go to class, attendance counts. Exams were fairly easy. KNOW the vocab, esp. verbs, and practice listening comp. on your Quia, because you are tested on listening as well. Overall, great teacher, highly recommend you take her!

Her classes aren't easy but she is a great professor. She is a fun person and cares about the success of her students. Although SPN 1 and 2 were the toughest courses at UCF for me, she is still one of my favorite all-time professors.

All the students who b*tch about her are lazy. If you show up and do your best you will do well. Talk to her if you have an issue and she makes time to help you. She's very nice & concerned about everyones grades. Take her for Spanish II!

Very willing to help students, even came in before the final for an extra study session, on her own time. Quizzes are challenging, but she gives chances for extra credit through some assignments. Very good at explaining Spanish culture.
