I would rank Dr. Lawson as the #1 best professor I encountered during six years at SUNY Albany. She's a highly respected professional within the Transportation industry who is able to convey her knowledge clearly in her lectures. Association to her alone has helped my career in numerous ways. Long papers but easy grader. LEARN from her.

She is one of the rare professors who knows how to teach. She creates an interactive lecture and doesn't bog down the students with a large workload at the expense of actual learning. Assignments can be resubmitted for higher grades.
