She was super sweet and really cared about her students and did as much as she could to help us succeed. If you dont do the work in class you wont understand whats going on but if you stay on top of lectures you will be fine!

Comment:

One of my favorite professors so far, she is very sweet and understanding and willing to be flexible for students situations. She makes her classes fun and interesting and shares personal experience and how it ties into her curriculum.

Absolutely one of the best classes I've taken here! She gives you all the material to be successful and is very clear on her expectations from day one. The GAs do teach a lot as well but they are equally amazing. Most of them were taught by Dean Ann. She truly cares about her students and whether you learn and you can tell she loves what she does!

A wonderful teacher, she lets her ga's teach alot and they're just as good. You need to go to labs to pass. Lecture is reccomeded. She's very fair and respectable. You can tell she's enthusiastic about the students and animals. I would reccomend her.

Dean Ann is incredible. She is so funny, witty, & dedicated to ensuring your success. She is a heavy quizzer for vet terms for the first two months, but it's something that's vital to Pre-Vet field- might as well accept it. She has high expectations for everyone and wants you all to learn. I would take her again & again. One of the best at MSU.

Dean Ann is the best professor I have ever had. She is extremely talented in her work and is sure to give you all the resources you need to do the best. The lectures and labs are so NOT boring which keeps students engaged. She doesn't give away grades- you must work for it, and if you do, she sees your effort and you are rewarded. Love her!!

I would prefer that she showed more dedication in the classroom. Always felt like it was a popularity contest. The secrect is you bring her a milkshake, you get an A.

I took AGR 310 this semester and the course as a whole, along with the lab was amazing. We learned terminology, patient restraint, and began building skills necessary for my career in veterinary technology. Awesome class, great instructor. The TA's and the GA were also very very helpful - loved the lectures and lab.

I thought I was confused after a quiz but come to find out it was the professor that was teaching incorrect information. Seems like her head was definitely not in the classroom this semester.

Felt like I wasted my money for this class. Preparation on her part was minimal and offered little for my education. I heard more about her personal life than Veterinary Technology. If you are looking for Easy she is absolutely the professor to take. If you are looking to further your knowledge base and career, avoid at all costs.

Dean Ann is the best professor you'll ever have! She is so helpful and you will learn tons. 310 was a great class and she really tries to make it fun. Plus she has a great personality!
